• Achieve sales targets. Needs based sales. Achieve quality target. Overcome objections. Adhoc functions. Capture quotations for clients short term insurance needs. Service existing client’s policy needs. 2nd in charge to supervisor. Servicing of clients. Monitor and manage team’s performance as assistance to supervisor.

I have become friendlier, more energetic and hard working

A great company vibrant ,energetic ,friendly and a pleasant work environment Miway is a company that pushes you to become the hard worker you didnt know you were. The environment is a great place to work in especially if you are fresh out of high school. you can gain the necessary skills needed to become the best sales agent /customer care agent ever . you just need to work hard and achieve tasks given to you whether its individual or a team task.
