Excellent learning curve.
being given certain hours a week, while being paid per piece is straneous. Ends up giving sloppy work when you are mentally exhausted and unfit for the job.

Excellent leatning curve
My current employer is highly reputable in terms of career narishment, experience and training opportunoties. I have also gained exposure to the accademic world as this is high institution of medicine and research.

Great learning experience
Great experience of meeting students and interacting with them online. Fantastic work environment with good support from staff. Management staff have a good relationship with junior staff. Most challenging aspect is meeting the daily average rating of 10.

Great experience and opportunity to learn.
Helped expand my knowledge and further my understanding of many things whilst helping others to learn more also. Great atmosphere and people. Each lesson with my students helped to teach me something different

Incompetence is rife among management.
The company takes advantage of new graduates who are unable to find employment in their field. This is done under the guise of providing an income when really it is exploitation.

Excellent learning curve and exposure
The working environment is really good and professional. My co-worker's are like my family. We hel each other wherever we can an there's zero work shy tolerance. I get to speak to Asians on a daily basis. I teach them how to speak conversational English online. Our job requires a strong Internet connection and that's the most challenging aspect.

I am a fast learning and are very hardworking.
My typical work day at the office differs from day to day. We get our days when we are very busy and days we are not that busy. i enjoy the busy days because it keeps me motivated, makes me enjoy challenges and also gives me a good feeling to say " I did it and I did it well". My co-workers are very supportive and helpful. We have the type of relationship where I can communicate to them about anything and ask for advise.
