Good company that always practices safety first amongst all workers.

It a good working environment that favours everyone. More opportunies to learn and groom in the your field of work. Too much travel and more exposure to different and challenging instruments devices. Work hard and overtime during pick time.

Pros: The more you work hard grooming yourself,attending other courses.
Cons: Mostly during pick season we work hard

Good working ethics and very good work environment.

I was placed at the Lichtenburg On site Fleet maintenance site for the client on his premises. I was in charge of this site doing diesel mechanic repairs, electrical repairs, workshop foreman jobs and site supervisor jobs. I did all the paper work like signing off inspection sheets, job cards and parts ordering. I am responsible for calculating all the services and additional repairs that needs to be done, I plan for routine maintenance checks and repairs.

Pros: Good working environment.
Cons: Long Hours. Hard work. Heavy work. High pressure jobs.

I have been through a very good learning school here in Nigeria

I am currently the General Manager, my work daily is to run the daily operations teams within the company. I oversee all aspects of the company, financialy, human resourses, customer services, actually I look after all the functions of the company.

Pros: Very well paying job, I am the highest position in the company
Cons: Away from my family in South Africa,need to move back to SA as my children are 8 and 9 years old

My responsibilities at Penta Global at LNG Tangguh Expansion Project include the following: 1.Main Responsibility  To confirm all personnel already have certificate/ attend training work at high  Daily Tool box meeting for preparation to execution the job  Arrange person in charge of permit to work (permit holder) to Confirm all permit of work complete and already approved by client and all authority personnel area at pipe rack location (lifting & shifting permit, manual handling permit, hot work permit etc)

Quick to adapt on a environment nd willing to learn

I'm George Mngomezulu from kzn but I work @mpumalanga (secunda) at sasol mining working shifts 10 hours or more if possible nd overtime around weekend nd like to get along with people around me wth supervision nd management for great communication to be more productive great success is the key from general worker to millwright nd health and safety wht i like improvement nd open opportunities if available

This company deals with company restructuring and company creations.

Working on timelines is very important; Clear cut descriptions on how a company will be restructured or created with investors capital. International cooperation a must; meaning, Foreign Affairs is crucial. Contract negotiations and detailed analysis are vital for completion. What I enjoy the most is the constant challenge of what's, coming around the corner for the next job; how hard it will be. I love being challenged always. The travel aspects I like, meeting new people, exchanging new ideas concepts, strategies, etc. I want to change the road map of the 21 st century economics. New ideas, concepts, doing the impossible. That's me. Anything else...is boring.

Pros: It is very rewarding when you rebuild a company that has failed and then bring it back to life again.
Cons: Lota of travel to various countries and very long hours when you work on a time line.

International Orginization, good learning experience with a rich culture that promotes diversity. Orginization has a good mixture of experienced specialists and entry level - managers. Blueprint in Americas, Asia, North, East, West and Southern Africa
