I have been through a very good learning school here in Nigeria

I am currently the General Manager, my work daily is to run the daily operations teams within the company. I oversee all aspects of the company, financialy, human resourses, customer services, actually I look after all the functions of the company.

Pros: Very well paying job, I am the highest position in the company
Cons: Away from my family in South Africa,need to move back to SA as my children are 8 and 9 years old

Good in communication

Im hard working person whose welling to learn new things.im a team player & I can work without supervision as well, I enjoy highlighting my colleagues if I discovered some unusual.l enjoy working with my hands. I always follow instructions and respect safety majors.

Excellent presentation in quality assurance and control manangement

For all civil structural mechanical piping welding and electrical inspections, data pack reviews and compilations. Able to manage a team and hold meetings accordingly. Ability to present in meetings. Team player and assuring target dates are met to compliment quality of works. Neat and well groomed and professional. I work well with 90% of the team. Typical days include following up on emails and reports; registers and NCRs. Managing contractors.

Pros: Well established company that is global and very professional.
Cons: Contract work always has deadlines so long hours is a norm when extremely busy to meet target dates
