Excellent learning curve
I am looking forward in marking sure that wherever i will be working i should handle customers very nice because i have learnt so much about customers and i know that customers are the only boss that can fire everyone in the organisation. my name is piet senyolo a man who knows marketing and love marketing so much and i want to build good relationship with marketing more than how i am now. being a marketer means a lot to me because the vital duties is to know how to recruit and to know your targets so after all you will be knowing everything that will follow and that will simply shows how you value your customers and how much they worth to you. presentation to audience that are your target will mean a lot to the organisation because some of the clients doesn't follow their need so you will be delivering their need while recruiting them to be your only loyal customer.

Working at this company has been a learning curve to say the least
Working at MSC Business College has been incredible, I have dealt with a lot of great times with the people and also experienced some trying times. I got a lot of experience in servicing clients, they taught me how to be a professional individual in front of clients. I had incredible relationships with my collegues , they taught me what it meant to be in a team and to work as a team. I enjoyed interacting with the students and was able to assist them in a lot of things both professionally and personally. I am pleased to report that I still keep in touch with most of them even now. The challenging aspect of my job was being overwhelmed with work that wasn't in my job description and having to deal with a lot of pressure put in to meet date lines which caused great stress.
Pros: Assisted with the marketing department
Cons: Piles and piles of work and working on saturdays and not getting remuneration for it.

Its a Job
My reliability, professionalism and methodical manner in which I portray myself, puts me in good stead of becoming successful for any future position offered to me. My strong organisational and communication skills combined with a solution driven approach and ability to think laterally and see the big picture also puts me at a great advantage. I seek a position that is challenging and allows me to offer my knowledge and expertise. Excellence learning curve
am currently working 6 days a week, and have lot of work to do daily basis, even though i manage to be up to date with my work. relationship with colleagues its like brothers and sisters, we communicate to anything that concern our company by sharing ideas. i have learn to communicate with everyone as i have to play role in building company. and to work under pressure. i enjoy doing my job that i have hired for, communicate with trainees it really help me to learn to understand different challenges of trainees that are facing. to communicate with Head Office it is the most challenging aspect, because we have to make sure that we don't make any mistake and if you receive call form Head Office first thing that come in mind is to think of something that you didn't do it right.

Eye opening experince
The working environment was busy. My work relationship with co-workers was good, we got along and we went an extra mile for each other. I have learnt that passion for work is instrumental for success, and personal development, and that team work is key to the success of any company. What I enjoyed most was the level of excitement my co-workers had with the projects I was heading, and how they understood my vision for the position I was holding. The most challenging part of my job was working with the budget I was given to do my job, and the companies lack of attention from the company to career and personal development for their employees,

I am a fast learning person who loves to learn new things every time i get a chance
actually am still a student in this company, studying project management i am to connected with most of the employees of this company, most of them are too friendly to a point where i find it easy to communicate with them and even ask questions and give advice i learn lot if things when am in the area of the company, i learn more about working area, how a person should behave and act in a working area, how a person is supposed to respond to colleges and clients, to separate personal life with work and also to adapt to the rules of the working places by following the rules and doing excellently what your duty tells you to do i mostly enjoy communicating with people with working Technics and also giving help where ever it is needed, no matter how hard it is a try should be offered. the most challenging part of the job is when people make mistakes and put all the blame on you, or point you for for something that you don't have a hand on, even bringing your personal issues to work.

I am a fast learning person who loves to learn new things every time i get a chance
currently am still a student studying project management at this company, i am basically finishing my certificate now. normal working days are 6 days a week and long working hours i am much related to most of the employees of this company, most of them are way kind to be connected with. i learnt lot of things in this company, i learnt that a person is always supposed to deliver all the duties that was set for him/her in a given time, i learnt that a person is not supposed to bring their personal issues to work and also a person must learn to create good relationship with their colleges i mostly enjoy giving help to people who need one whenever they need it. i enjoy working with people and learning new things every time the most challenging aspect is trying to help or advice a person then at the end they offend you with their words or actions

Pay is low
good place to start your working it the pay is low chances of growth are low you find employees currently looking for jobs. its has small space (building) hence cant accommodate other fields of studying.

Exceptional in building a good relationship with students and colleagues.
I have enjoyed working with students and getting to know their weaknesses and strength. Most challenging moment was when I had to handled exams but managed as time went by. Relationship with my colleagues was great
