Working at my company has been fun. There is never a dull moment at the office. everyone is friendly and loving. we worked as a team and learned a lot from each other by helping others where they seek help.

Great work enviroment

It can get very busy at times as we deal with student clients. the work environment is fabulous. i have learned to interact well with customers so i have a good customer service. I ejoy working with learners alot.

Msc business college is being in education industry for more than 26 year uninterrupted,they are also in corporate training's. Msc business college is registered with Department of Higher Education and Training, and multiple of SETAs.

Very good

im currently in the IT field, which is a great opportunity for me as its something i have went to school for, but that actually makes it easy for me to adapt in the call center field .even if i have to add few things like communications skills. working at msc open doors for me and it was easy to learn all because of my co workers we where always a team. the are challenges where maybe i did not have more information about a product a a user or client wants to know more about it but will always transfer them to my co workers and make sure i get all the information required.

Not so great

Great workmates and work environmeNotnt however there is no room for growth and the company keeps downsizing to oblivion If only the organisations could be more attentive to the advice and suggestions from the campus employees who are on the ground and face customers everyday.

Excellent in learning curve

the relationship with my manager were good, because they were able to help me into further information when we do planning of the business, and how to solve a problem without consulting them. I learn how to demonstrate the project services in the field where i was. the most challenging part was to finish the project given the dead line of three days. the most part i enjoyed a lot was experiencing the on going projects and delaying projects and knowing what was the cause behind.

Eye opening experince

The working environment was busy. My work relationship with co-workers was good, we got along and we went an extra mile for each other. I have learnt that passion for work is instrumental for success, and personal development, and that team work is key to the success of any company. What I enjoyed most was the level of excitement my co-workers had with the projects I was heading, and how they understood my vision for the position I was holding. The most challenging part of my job was working with the budget I was given to do my job, and the companies lack of attention from the company to career and personal development for their employees,
