Good day My name is Mpho Aaron Motebu from steelpoort, I graduated my matric in 2011 Went to sekhukhune fet college to study mechanical engineering from n2 to n4 After that I got a learnership on basil read construction site as a trainee construction foreman From 2013 to 2014 match. 2014 September I went to do electrical engineering assistant, same year November I started with Murray and Roberts at kusile power station as a presavation assistant in March 2016 I was promoted to storeman till now. I'm a very hard working person with good attitude towards people. I like reading Bible and studying management books in my spare time. I like challenge and exploring new things. I have good communication skills and I don't get angry easily. Very mature and not self centred.

Hardworking
I am applying for the position of boilermaker after viewing the responsibility of my skills needed in the position, i believe that am qualified to fill this politikom. I know how to read blueprint,read technical and engineering drawing and how to precisely measures and cut the materials used to the describe measurement.I have experience on bending and welding process into shapes without distorting the material ,i can inspect the finished product for defects. I have experience on working on heavy and light metals.i have included my resume with complete details of my skills and training.I am sure you will agree that i have what it takes to be a brokerske.

It really has taught me a lot.
I work with high and low pressure piping. Bevelling and fitting pipe, setting the required slopes. The environment where I work with my colleagues is great, we are brothers keeper, looking out for one another. I've quite learned a lot. Starting with the procedure of fitting pipes and support, how to check if you have the right consumables before proceeding with the job.
Pros: It's a great opportunity for learning all aspects of engineering.
Cons: Long hour it should be.

great company to work for high energy job. demanding contentious negotiation with client and third party great team dynamic as senior QC i enjoy the high pressure situtions, the ability to take on a challenge everyday

I have learned a lot and have since been promoted twice since working for Murray and Roberts
My typical day at work starts with me checking the Asset Register. I check for the assets that are set to expire in the next 7 days. Check who the items are allocated to Send mails to the relevant people to get the tools back to the warehouse prior to the 7 days so they can be sent out for calibration. Respond to mails from the morning or previous afternoon Attend to queries Go to the designated location for the day to do a spot check of the tools that are supposed to be in that area. Do a comparison of the variances and enquire about the new location of the tools Once confirmed I re-allocate the tool to the correct area Issue out tools to the relevant department
Pros: Great company to work for, plenty of opportunities for promotion and growth
Cons: Long hours, no benefits, not enough leave, Limited duration contract work

Contributing towards site stability
I have had the opportunity to implement successfully the Murray and Roberts Safety, Production, Quality, Cost and People( SPQCP) Operating Model and Supervisory Briefs. I designed and implemented leadership development programme for supervisors, foremen and and line management. I have fostered strong working relationship with my superiors and subordinates. I am managing the demobilisation process vey well though it is the most delicate process.
Pros: There are great opportunities to empower the workforce and to climb up the coporate ladder
Cons: Intellectually and physically demanding work but enjoyable
