Excellent learning curve
Its a day to day work were we are required to source mechanical drawings, determine the center lines for mechanical machineries. The most challenging aspects are making sure that my survey results are within the 0.003 allowable error.

New mine sinking experiance
By sinking a new mine, while managing a big part of the site, i enjoy learning how differend aspects of the business fit into the practical. Safety & communucation is key. Challenging aspects are to manage&motivate different personalities in my team. Another is adhering to deadlines and having parts ordered and available to get the job done.

Excellent Learning Curve Gaining Experience in Industry
I work 9.5 hours Per day And each and everyday i learn something new.. My forman and Collegues makes my job easier because we work as a team and We enjoy our work...Challenges Are What Makes my Job interesting

Being able to work with others as a team

Excellent learning curve
For the 10 years i was working with Murray and Roberts i was learning a lot of Safety, Envioromental and Health as starting in 2005 as Junior Safety officer till Safety Ci ordinator in 2015
Pros: In Murray and Roberts there were oppertionities for promotion

Learning Growth
There is a healthy culture and an excellent work-life balance. We work hard but we relax as well and everyone promotes a healthy lifestyle. I have learned a lot on the tender process and managment of a project.

I have LEVEL 2 and 3,N2 and trade test section 26D
I'm Thulane T Cossa any electrician I have LEVEL 2 and 3, N2 and trade test section 26D, with 4 years experience I was working at Murray and roberts in power and energy sector.
Pros: I started to work at Murray and roberts on 1 of December 2015 as electrician antill my contract end on 21 November 2019.
Cons: I was work in power station on commissioning from 7am to 5pm and there is a night shift 6 to 6 and Sunday always must be someone for standby as well and shutdowns.
