I was well trained and i learned all this skills through the company. It is the right company to learn and grow in the engineering industry. The best moments are countless i treasure the days when we competed for apprentice of the month and it got more special when i was awarded. I learnt how to be a productive and professional artisan. I enjoy productivity. I never get used to no defects work i always feel the need to celebrate because that is a good sign for production.

Nanthe company is very good in providing work expeince for those who are still new in the field and recenlty qualified artosan and other trainee. Tje remunarate their employee very qelll making it ompossinle for the to lleave the company.ai cannot see what

Good experience
my first day at work i was shouted by project manager as was waiting for my Artisan to come back from toilet.i enjoyed every single day at work as we had good communication and brothers and sister keeper.great experience on the field and skills of starting and finish work.when time goes they trusted me as was working alone at some task with no supervision.

My leadership skills.
Since I have worked in mining both underground and surface/plant including the power stations.My fellow employees believe that I am capable of leading them to execute our daily duties since I have proven that I can work under pressure, long hours and without supervision. During conflict situations I always advise them to adhere to the company policies, because I work with ethics by reporting each and every misconduct.
Pros: Safety is number one, that makes our job enjoyable from lower level to the senior employees.
Cons: 12 hours work a day even on Sundays if needs be.

Every day was n learning curve for me
My day to day at work were to co ordinate the safety on site and to keep n good relationship between me and my fellow workers and my more than 10 years in this industry have i leart that chanching of behaver can lead to n better envoiroment for all

A very great company with certain benefits and personally would like the company to have a development sctructure in place for their employees And work on a proper structure for the shifts that enable employees to have enough rest as the working hours are so long
