Know your clients
Talking about my bonus....i never reach my targets and we even had to collect the instal from our clients after disbursing the loan nd also we had 4 targets to meet a month with collection for me i find it challenging but i was doing and put my best because i was always half the target that i have to make a month..for me it was the best because i was always working to achieve something to show my what im here for. Whats is chsllenging is that,each and everyday we commit by two ppl tht will come do loans but most of the time thy keep postponing of which it makes a delay for a target of a day..to approach clients its my living its my thing my clients love me i always reach a target of opening cards...also to do a comparison btwn me nd my othr coleague is also nice because it drives you to work hard....and also to ask others how they do it to make thier targets nd also to assist you by calling and to do a different aproach than mine....it is very nice to work together its called a team building.

Excellent learning curve and opportunities for new ventures
As a financial Advisor I have a close relationship with clients and my duties are.to maintain then,answer any enquiry promote new products to our current and out source New clientele. My obligation,is to maintain,a high level of professionalism and discretion as,I work with personal information.bank statement, accounts ID's and so forth. I advise my clients according to their needs and affordability thus earn commission should they join the company and accepted as part of our members.
Pros: great opportunity,in terms of experience and exposure and commission bonuses
Cons: only get paid on commission at the moment,no basic salary wich is a big con,due to transportation costs among others.

Be your self at all times and u will get what u want
I talk to owners of business about corporate business investment for their imployees ,and talk to imployees for their personal investments .I look for apropreat candidate for the business .I service clients after signing them .keep the happy about what ever products they took with me .clients comes first to me and the product is the one that motivates me .I call clients about the review of their profile

Excellent learning curve
Flexible working hours, prospecting to different clients face to face and telephonically and that improves the communication and business skills for one. Very diversified industry, working with people from different race, culture and belief. They offer great and informative workshops for skills development. They uphold their integrity, vision and mission as well as the value of the company by putting customers first and accrediting qualified employees and they celebration everyone's achievements both within the company and outside.

Hard Worker
I'm a hard working person,and had to start at the bottom as a call centre consultant and I worked very hard that my managers recommedend me for the current job i'm doing.I like working at old mutual because it's a good company to work for and I was fortunate to work with some of the best supervisors,whom were hard workers and wanted me to be just like them and they groomed me and pushed hard so I can get a promotion which I did.My relationship with my co workers is Good,we like a family and we look after one another A LOT.I've learnt that,working hard is good for someone who would like to grow within the company and learn more.What I enjoy most is the satisfaction of making the client happy and be recognised for it.Clients must come first before anything.

Exellent learning curve
I have learned that as a finacial advisor u need to listen and understand a person need and background before given an advice Also i have learned that hard work pays the ore uoj work the more credit u get and being a good listener, friendly and petiency build a good business relationship with clients they learn to trust u and to listen to you
