Its a great company to work for. Love the culture of the company. The colleagues are freindly always eager to help one another. What i enjoy is most about my job is to help people, get to interact with different people, learn about their challenges and ans trying the best to help them where i can. The job has help me to grow as an individual and as an employee.

II I work for a well-established company with almost 180 years in business. My day exists of multitasking, being pro-active and ensure that the office procedures are flowing smooth. I love working independently as well as in a team. I currently can build and sustain good working relationships with my internal as well as external stake holders. I am a go getter. Prestigious company that is highly professional in the in which it conducts business.
My current company is a very prestigious company. It is highly professional in the in which it conducts business. It puts its clients and employees at the forefront and hold us at high esteem. The best way to describe a normal day is high pressure, productive and target driven. We worked in teams and the culture was very inspirational and motivating. What I have learn most is that if you set a goal you have to achieve it because you owe it to yourself as well. What I enjoyed most is the comradery, the spirit of the team and the type of leadership that came from my manager. The challenges that faced were not different from those faced by companies who were in the same industry and the country at large. The lose of jobs from various sectors influenced the amount of good business we could write because it affected our client's disposable income and ability to consume our product.

Excellent learning curve
Great opportunity to make money but I have been working in sales all my life and I want a change of careers. Old mutual is a creat company creat place to work for but very long hours if you want to succeed creat support and creat management the down side would be you source your own clients and generate your own leads and build your own profile.

Great introduction to the corporate world
A typical workday included,handling queries and providing support to relevant departments of entire organisation. All staff members work quite well together on all levels, from entry level to EXCO level. In my time at the company , I have learned to speak out more. Found my voice. Building my confidence levels. What I enjoyed most was communicating with internal and external service providers, in order to get the job done in time. Getting the co-operation from some staff members in order to complete my task was what I found most challenging.

It is a good working place with equal opportunity to work and achieving goals. Friendliness place with full of respect to each individual and lots of fun with little time of have mindset activities to prepare mind set for daily work. Ive learn that it is not all the time that you should put yourself under pressure as it can result in not achieving the goal.
