Great place to get work eprience and learn lots of things
Well its good when you start working but after a couple of years, you realise that chances of you getting a better position at the company are slim, because you dont work with your senior/manager at the store so all your hard work goes unnoticed. Working with the people I work with is wonderful, we help each other, in this line of work you need people to help you because you have alot of things to do, so my co-workers are wonderful... well most of them. I'v how to deal with pressure, how to plan my day, how to put things I put things I work with in order. The most challenging is, I work with chips aswel so when they on promotion on a Saturday of month end it gets really hectic.

Pack n Stack taught me to think on my feet
Pack n Stack taught me to think on my feet, it also taught me the importance of co workers and teamwork to achieve a common gole that benefits the business. A typical work day entails a lot of pre preperation to have deal sheets and pricing on hand when doing my orders. The most challenging thing about my job is getting stock sold out before it expires, this takes very careful planning and managing of every single stores store rooms

Learning at work
My work include monitoring stock level,self administration,sales and focus on stores participating.We have a group of 31 merchandisers and we have stokvels and adults gatherings and that ensure we have good relationship at work.I have learned lot about retail more especially in retail(selling,marketing and sales).I enjoy the atmosphere of my work is interesting when u have to deal with customers.The most challenging aspects is whean dealing with difficulties customers,working till late and you need to give yourself an extratime to finish your task
Pros: Working for the company has given me an opportunity to know and understand the retail environment.
Cons: I work 45 weeks a week and I get one day off in a month

I have gained insight experience in the following procedures and skills: driving customer point of sale through consultative business partnering, developing and maintaining customer relationship with brands, cultivating a network of influential contacts to achieve sales objectives, achieving all merchandising objectives executing customer specific promotional plans through the effective use of first in stock first to out- to also reduce sales lose from expiry or reduced shelve life of brands. I am well equipped with merchandizing companies procedures as i am not only limited to these above mention processes but also know the ins and out of a sales field marketing and merchandising duties like Maintaining and controlling stock and influencing sales. Reporting to the branch administrator or line manager any identified challenges with possible solutions immediately

I have gained a lot of experience within the fmcg industry My relationship with my co-workers was great we work as a team ,understanding each other and working towards reaching the same goal. I enjoy a challenge, helping and learning more about things I do not know/ not familier with Challenges I had to face was having managers changing while I had a good relationship with In the past ,where asking for a extra exposure for promotion or a slow line they would not ,rather than that it was a positive challenge that tout me a lot .

How to handle tough customers
It was great working in an environment where you work with clients and it her people on a daily basis. Always have to thrive to do better. There's always competition between the companies. Go for better at all times. Great opportunities and growth. You can study through the company if you want to especially for a bigger promotion.

Working for the sake of needing a job
Unfair work ethics and make a lot of promises that are never fulfilled. Company always preachs and talk about growth but it is not there. Always to look for under experienced people to pay them a low wage but forgetting experience is the main required tool out the in the trade. Under experienced employees some times turn to produce a lower productivity and excellence

Good worker who achieve and reach sales before time
I'm good worker I like my job. Who reach target before time Who pefert by building stagers,ending,stand and power wings If shop don't have enough space negotiate space and maybe create cutcases My job are always perfect. Co-workers always like my job but dont want to give position...always promising. I've learned too much things eg to be as a sales man. Negotiating space and building stands or others Co-workers or managers who takes long time to come to vist my shops.

I believe that if you committed to your work, you'll able to recieve good result. i've learnt that doing organisational work could lead to know how to manage every department within the organisation. I prefer to work not more than 8hour and a fourty hour per week.
