Working as a merchandiser you remove that mind of you working for your "company" mostly its differ from store and their management. We do everything female or male from pulling the roller cage and carrying heavy stuff. But my day to day basics it packing the stock making sure that the don't became empty by an means possible . your layout should always be in order and your shelf should always be clean . never mind how the store is big or small but you need to dlfight and get big space for the brand you working for.
Pros: Learning customers behave because they don't promote at Pack n Stack instead they threaten to fire you
Cons: No off days only Sunday and mostly it shot

II haa good relationship with my colleagues. I enjoy my job. It tends to get busy during month end since it is a retail sector. My bosses are good to me. I have a great understanding with shop management. ve hq

How to handle tough customers
It was great working in an environment where you work with clients and it her people on a daily basis. Always have to thrive to do better. There's always competition between the companies. Go for better at all times. Great opportunities and growth. You can study through the company if you want to especially for a bigger promotion.

Excellent communication and marketing
My daily duties are as ff -Do stock take on different items -Packing stock accordingly -Submits damages and returns documents -arranging marketing shelf stands This job title has educated me greatly in the sales and marketing sector as sometimes I had to be an acting sales rep if one was on leave. I also leant how to work as a team and value my co-workers weather young or old

Retail execution
Nice company to work in and growth is available for hard workers. Nice and friendly staff easy to work with. Got tablets which makes it easy to pass the information to relevant people. Training for the merchandisers to make them perfome at their best.

Excellent learning curve
On daily basis we face customers of different attitudes and behaviour, but I learned how to respond to each and every need they poses. Providing a very excellent service to a hard headed customer has been a challenge I'm passing daily, since them I'm able to cater to every individual coming to me always. I enjoy doing this job a lot since everyday becomes a mystery and one doesn't know what to expect.

Good learning curve but no productivity
The job requires alot of time,hard work and dedication but the salary is very low which is a kick down to one's morale,with that being said the environment is somewhat friendly and the company is very strict with their protocol like any other company would be.Regarding the salary issue,it is a drag for the type of job we are doing because there is so much to learn at so little time not forgetting the pressure too
