Ensure fully paid accounts within the prescribed time period and investigating claims/Queries Have a wonderful relationship with my co-workers they are my family. I have learnt that the customer is always right you have to listen & understand customers priority. To deal with all independent's customers and to sort out queries & Complaints on individual accounts. To collect debtors book and to reach your goal.

Pros: There is no oppertunity in parmalat to grow

Great learning curve

Parmalat is a great company, with great people to work with. Great work experience gained Great cultural work place. I do interact with all co workers Most challenging is to work with the accountant

Pros: Great oppertunity for promotion
Cons: No privacy/shared offices
