Im willing to learn anything that will lead me to the good direction
To work in my Company its so challenge needs someone to focus and you must know the company procedures because we are dealing with a lot of customers .Me and my coligues we more than being Co workers now we like family to each other of which that makes our job easy for us . The most thing that I enjoy is when i spending time with my Coligues and creating good relationship with my job because I'm spend mostly my day at work . The most challenging thing as we all know that we are dealing with cellphones and then customers are struggling to understand the different between Guarantee and warranty
Pros: I'm still Casual being its far from me
Cons: I'm working 4 hours a day then get paid every end of the week

Good learning experience
Good company. Very good opportunity to learn and experience retail work. Good for those who want to gain experience for workplace. The work environment is very warm for all employees

Great learning curve. Taught me to work with a lot people, because we mainly deal with customers.
my typical day at work would last 6/5 hours. sometimes a full 8 hours, if someone was absent. we'd get to the store, tidy up, fill in the focal points with cell phones and accessories we sell at the store. cash up the till amount for the day, then start working. we sell airtimes, cell phones and accessories. offer bill payments such as dstv, electricity bills, funeral and cell phone insurance. I have a great working relationship with my colleagues, team work all the way. so much laughter and joy being around them. and I've learned so much along the way.

Learning curve
Most days are quiet.i have a great relationship with my co workers.ive learnt to be patient,understanding and to be polite when addressing people.i enjoy our friendly, regular customers,getting to check out new gadgets in store and learning more beyond being in front of store and being a cashier. Most challenging aspects of my is that it can come with very difficult customers

Work experience
I believe working at Pep Cell is a great opportunity to grow as a person. I get to intact with customers on daily basis and that helps me to grow as a person. I have learned a lot of office administration, stock control, financial administration, promotions and minimise the stores expenses. I believe the relationship with my co-workers is healthy as I work well with people. The most challenging aspect will be dealing with difficult customers.
Pros: There are lots of fields for growth

Good
I am hardworking person ,intelligent, energetic, friendly person who can have good results as the campany need them .I am quick learner and I love working with people I also manage time . I am person who love challenge in my work so that I Will gain more experiences and grow my self and others in company

Excellent for retail experience
Wewe had stressful days month end. I learned to respect customers and make them feel welcomed. We always kept the place clean for customers and our personal hygiene. We had to go out and spread out the word for our promotions we made our own marketing. We always treat each other with respect.

Excellent learning curve
I love working at my company reason i have never worked at a retail before so want to know the ins and out but im planning to stay there forever as i want something in line with what i went to school for.The manager and colleagues are good people to work with
