Acquiring the relevant experience and a stepping stone into starting up my career

a typical work day starts at 09 am in the morning where i do my stock count to check if things are still the way i left the the previous day, then check the schedule if we are expecting any deliveries then log on and start with the business of the day, i have a great working relationship with colleagues we work well as a team, i have learnt how to be patient and pay much attention to detail especially with receiving of stock, i enjoy meeting new people everyday and knowing that i have offered them quality service, the most challenging part is theft when stock go missing it is really a challenge to trace it since we don't have a security guard in the shop

Pros: opportunity to learn and earn an honest living
Cons: working sundays

Well organised ,busy environment ,i have learned that you have to give yourself to everything that you do ,do everything with passion,dignity and respect and anything you do will favour you,giving my customers a remarkable service and solving problems to my customers is what i like most,working as a team is the heart of the company,most challenging thing when you have a difficult customer,i enjoy working with my team because we are giving each support at all time

Professional working enviroment

It is a very good working enviroment and my co-workers also, we work perfectly as a team and understand one another in every possible way. I have learn a lot my working company, things like respect, understanding, commitment. I enjoy working and helping customers, socialising with customers, helping customers. The most challenging aspect would be month ends because its where there are more customers coming in and the pressure is high

Its good I've leant a lot

Humble,sophisticated, hardworker able to multitask en a fast leaner,its good working even the stuff its friendly ,the customers loves I don't like working on Sundays bcouse I wnt to go to church

Good customer service

WWe were working in a team. I have leart so many things I have learnt how to how to handle customers and how to treat them with dignity and respect. I enjoyed working and interacting with different customers. In busy times you must be calm and stay focused or your till will short.

Pros: The best selling shop with lower prices
Cons: Short workong hours and less money

Exciting working with customers

Working under pep its very exciting, I have learn a lot when working with customers , I always calm myself , and focus..sometimes I meet difficult customers but I have a strategy to deal with them..I have learned to solve a problem by my own without a manager involved.and I have good relationship with my colleagues, I have learnt that , I should listen more than I talk

Communication and listening

Communication and listening is the best tool in achiving the daily target..and also knowing your product because that way will be easier for you to engage with the customer or get a sale.organising promotions was the best of all while i was working at that company and again engaging with the customers and mostly archiving monthly target.

Pros: I have grown myself from a casual to the store manager.
Cons: Long hours even in holidays

I am a good listener

I am determine my self if I am doing my job I meet my deadline I am a time keeping I am willing to learn and willing to progress about my job and came with a plan how can make a company to grow

Pros: I am good to do promotions and make sales
Cons: I can work overtime
