The company is somewhat good at entry level experience yet the pay is low . good flexible working hours . the pros outweighs the con's. The overall review is you cannot tap the industry for a minimal experience and a very basic income

Excellent learnings curves
Making plan for a day ,check store standard ,preparing job description for the day check,communication with co-workers , understaanding each other ,most i like our morning talk cause we all talk about how we feel ,most challenging was a stock loss.

At pep strore I was just an causal worker but I was more like a friend to to reach and every c one I was working with I had i great moment with them we were more like a family. I love working with different race because I lent so much about life in .

I was working well with my staff ,I was a fast learner coz I was training for management doing office admin cash up ,counting stock doing ibt management assistant merchandising cashier I was fast at da till point greeting customers with a smile realiving manager when she's off or on leave
