I am a hard worker and i' am a fast learner .I'm motivated person.ilove to work as a team .I love to face challenges.im a problem solver i love to communicate.i give full attention to our customers.im generating sales in my shop. I'm a confidential person.

Excellent retail experience

The company is somewhat good at entry level experience yet the pay is low . good flexible working hours . the pros outweighs the con's. The overall review is you cannot tap the industry for a minimal experience and a very basic income

At pep store I was just a causal worker It was great experience

At pep strore I was just an causal worker but I was more like a friend to to reach and every c one I was working with I had i great moment with them we were more like a family. I love working with different race because I lent so much about life in .

Excellent learning curve

I love working with people because working with people is a passion to me and I enjoy team work , and I also learn that how to respect other , how to build a good relationship with customers

Excellent learning curve

Working for retail it has been great I have learned a lot, the co workers are friendly they trained me to be best at my job. The most challenging aspect of my job is to deal with a difficult customer and to multitask in the clothing retail you don't just do one thing everything in the store is part of your job. I have to help customers so they cannot steal and to help company to reduce stock loss. What I really enjoy about my work is to work in the till and deal with the customers cause I am very quick so the customers they don't wait for the long time to be served so they are always happy to see me.

Pros: its a great company for learning the work ethic
Cons: sometimes promotion takes a very long time

I enjoyed working with people and i learned to respect each other.. I used to work overtime just to make profit of the company They loved the way i worked with them I never dissapointed them

Fast learner

I like working with people.Enjoy solving problems both co-workers and customers.At pep I learned admin,how to do planning and filling. I enjoy office work more than working on the floor. I realized that I like my admin more because I score more points in my admin when my boss rate my job.

Pros: it is a great opportunity to work for this company because I learned lot of things from it,more especially because it is much first job I didn't know anything. it thought me everything

Excellent in communication with different people

It was nice working there ,the manager is well organized and professional, what I like the most about my previous job is that staff they respect each other even they way we treat costomer was contributing apositive effect in the company such business reputation also ensuring that our potential costomer are always happy , all the time our manager told us that as we are employees we must know that costomer always right .
