Excellent start for the future

I've learnt not to give up because so many no's brings you closer to one yes, I've learnt to work with different types of people, consistency & enthusiasm is very important,being approachable and have a great attitude.the most challenging thing is long working hours sometimes people are not interested in your product

Good culture

To work at pep its very nice because they treat people equal. But when you work at pep you have limited time for your family because most of the time you at work. Pep store have a good culture that makes all their workers enjoy working there and treat each other like brothers and sisters. I learn a lot at pep i work as cashier and they train me to be a supervisor, they give me a chance to run a shop for like 3 months on my own. I know how to check the daily budget and do paperwork. There is days when you get tired especially month end and Sassa days, You get customers who are not understanding the way items are displayed. Some come with complains and i have to deal with them and try to solve the problem.

Excellent customer care service

Working and learning new things every day there weren't job description we did everything are the store including cashier,Cleani,, Security and stock packing we learned to do ulti tasking.king and learn and learning beve

Pros: Archiving more sales everyday
Cons: It was 14 hours usually month end

Excellent learning

I work as sales assistant at pep store.. I do almost every cashier, general work and office work that what I enjoy the most as well costomer services . I am interested in any activities due to like to learn new things as well to adapt to change.

Excellent learnings curves

Making plan for a day ,check store standard ,preparing job description for the day check,communication with co-workers , understaanding each other ,most i like our morning talk cause we all talk about how we feel ,most challenging was a stock loss.

At pep store I was just a causal worker It was great experience

At pep strore I was just an causal worker but I was more like a friend to to reach and every c one I was working with I had i great moment with them we were more like a family. I love working with different race because I lent so much about life in .

New graduate in entry level

The manager address the morning talk just to brief the day schedule of who will handle which department during working hours. My relationship with my coworkers is more like people I'm used because they help me alot as they have more working experience than me. The things a learned so far is customer care service working with different people, learning how to multi-task. The things that I'm enjoying the most is meeting new people every and have to work at the busy environment. The most challenging is to deal with difficult customers who will address the matter is disrespectful manner.

Cons: Lack of promotion

Am gud in customer services

Am hard worker I like to do anything that makes my mind fresh and learn every day .with communicating different client at work an learn more about my work
