Excellent learning curve

Working for retail it has been great I have learned a lot, the co workers are friendly they trained me to be best at my job. The most challenging aspect of my job is to deal with a difficult customer and to multitask in the clothing retail you don't just do one thing everything in the store is part of your job. I have to help customers so they cannot steal and to help company to reduce stock loss. What I really enjoy about my work is to work in the till and deal with the customers cause I am very quick so the customers they don't wait for the long time to be served so they are always happy to see me.

Pros: its a great company for learning the work ethic
Cons: sometimes promotion takes a very long time

Growth

Working for pep it was blessing as I learned a lot about their culture, customer service its their priority. Team work teaches you to become a good leader to know your staff and its built a good relationship and healthy businesses.what I like mostly its the culture they have which is Sikhula Kunye(growing together) it means you need to grow yourself. Mostly challenges are difficult customers and workloads but having good team we always overcome the difficulties.

AM A FAST LEARNER

WORKING AT THE RATAIL SHOP AS A GENERAL ASSITANT ITS A CHALLENGE ON ITS OWN, BCAUSE YOU GET TO USED TO DEAL WITH DIFFICULT CLIENT, DIFFERENT PEOPLE WITH CHOICES AND IT NEEDS SOMEONE WITH STRONG CHARACTER AND GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS. I ENJOY MOST THE CASHIER PART. AM A HARDWORKING PROFESSINAL WHO HSA NEEN CONSISTENTLY PRAISED AS FOCUSED BY MY CO -WORKERS AND SUPERIOR.

We are working in days at PEP to ensure that atleast all of us do work 25 hours per week

Job is interesting an able me to pursue my experience to work in bigger company to improve experience I have received and my work is well appreciated by my supervisors and manager by working with determination and doing my Job well every day and appreciated every day I have granted opportunity to improve and excel in my field of work. I enjoy driving my 2012 Elandra going to work and do my best and my challenge is that I always intend to do my work without any complain where I will be asked to slow down there is still tomorrow

Pros: Working in this company is a tool used to improve and is the skill developer for people willing to work.
Cons: Its worth to work wellingly not for empression by to ensure that the company benefit and the focus of the company does not change.Quality management principles as customer, leadership approch and continual improvement must be met.

I've improved in my communication skills

My relationship with my co-workers is excellent,and I've improved in my communication skills.The only challenging things are long hours while getting less wage.

Pros: there are great opportunities for growth
Cons: I don't mind working long hours as long as the salary will correspond with them

How to mechendise

At first l didn't know when you do merchandise you create image of the store to customers. L gain skill there, the best skill l gain was to be self motivated, that lead me to be a go getter even if you are disabled you behave like those who are able.the relationship we have was Strong l still miss them we were like family we support each other. I enjoy serving difficult customers with my smile & passion typical days it was when Christmas is around the corner being full at store by custumers others are buying ,exchanging, complaints .getting home tired but at the end of the day l realized l made it like others

L am a 18 year-old girl who is looking for employment

so what l do at Pep store on a dairy bases, l do general work which includes hanging clothes , house keeping while am at the till. what l enjoy the most is that l learn new thing everyday , my co-workers are supportive and l enjoy working with different individuals. there are no challenging aspects of the job as everyone is willing to help . My relationship with my co-workers is good as l am a very bubbly person.
