Good working curve

I always have a hectic day at work we are alwaus busy but sometimes i just feel that the salary I'm getting it's not enough,i have a very good working relationship with my staff we are always happy and the all do their task given for the day,i have learned a lot workind with different people i have learned that you have to treat people equally but also you have to understand them as i individuals.What i enjoy the most about my work is meeting different people daily and learing new things from them as well,the most challenging aspects about my job is dealing with difficult customers almost everyday and somethimes having to sort out the misunderstanding between you staff but all in all i love my job but i am not happy with my salary at all.I mean i run a R8.5 million turn over store

Pros: Promotion are limited as we are given little money to do promotions
Cons: I don't work long hours except if it's Grant week payout

Excellent leadership team

I really like to work with customer assist customers and always keep them happy all the time.customer service it's what kept the customer happy,i have a lot of experience in retail store,merchandising,cash register and I passionate about my work and very strict when it comes to work.

Perfect learning curve

Learned more on how important customers are,how to treat my fellow employees, I have learned the culture of the company and i am leaving it.company conducts training on how to work with people,or how important a person is in a company, and that each and every cent counts.

Pros: You are free to speak you mind with your seniors
Cons: The company is not paying much.

Good in learning new things and very competetive

Working long hours,good and well mennered relationship with co workers..i have learnt alot in working with people and also doing stock taking.i enjoyed working with people,money and also style.the most challenging part is when you have made under or over money than budgeted which will imbalance the company money.
