Good training opportunities.

Good training structure. Poor management structure. The company is located in a remote area but there is no allowance for that nor is there any for underground working environment.

Excellent learning curve

There’s a good working environment in a sense that you get to learn about the mining sector and mining practices, in a much more hands on perspective. Practice great culture of zero harm, Safety is a very important aspect of the company.

Good exposure towards mining industry

good place to apply your skills. working with good team of different characters. excellent place to experience on building, construction and installation. Hard times when coming on to targets and schedules.

I am learning everyday

I am mostly involve in a big projects fir the company,its been wonderful,the atmosphere is awesome,i am working hard to ensure that projects get done at the ultimate period.
