Excellent experience

Company is excellent and provides quality training. Co workers are frieny and helpful. I learned to work under pressure and produce quality results. I enjoyed the celebration of targets reached and benefits. It is a very warm and welcoming environment and managers or team leaders provide with motivation whenever needed.

No growth

Long working hours 7-7 Good relationship with co workers we relate to the same stress we go through Learnt to be patient with clients over the phone Not much to enjoy when u have to focus on making target on a daily basis and weekly with extras Making target and being consistent with it is the most challenging thing

Great learning curve

Working with my previous employer it was an amazing journey a very friendly working environment with tolerable working hours, my colleagues and I we were working great together getting along well with my seniors but the only challenge I had was that the was no career growth so I felt that I was held back as I am a very hard worker always dedicated to my job.

Eye opening

Very hard-working individual and I am always up for a challenge.Have excellent telephony skills,filing,data capturing,office suite and precise with my work.Have 3 years in office admin,1year experience as a data capturer,4years experience as a Quality controller, a years experience as an Orders clerk and few months as a sales consultant for a busy call centre.

Pros: Always looking eager to work-motivational
