Excellent experience

Company is excellent and provides quality training. Co workers are frieny and helpful. I learned to work under pressure and produce quality results. I enjoyed the celebration of targets reached and benefits. It is a very warm and welcoming environment and managers or team leaders provide with motivation whenever needed.

No growth

Long working hours 7-7 Good relationship with co workers we relate to the same stress we go through Learnt to be patient with clients over the phone Not much to enjoy when u have to focus on making target on a daily basis and weekly with extras Making target and being consistent with it is the most challenging thing

Eye opening

Very hard-working individual and I am always up for a challenge.Have excellent telephony skills,filing,data capturing,office suite and precise with my work.Have 3 years in office admin,1year experience as a data capturer,4years experience as a Quality controller, a years experience as an Orders clerk and few months as a sales consultant for a busy call centre.

Pros: Always looking eager to work-motivational

Young people environment

Platinum Life gives their employees a chance to grow and change life fast. Great work environment. Employees work under pressure everyday. I have learnt to relay more on myself and focus. You need to be self-motivated and know how to work with different people from different backgrounds. I enjoyed marketing to prospect clients and clients to get/upgrade their Cancer Cover and send them Information regarding the company.
