Great environment and excellent growth opportunities for young individuals

Working for a company such as Polyoak Packaging provides growth for its employees and with this comes loyalty and dedication,which is guaranteed at the end. The environment is f very friendly. The most challenging aspect would be since it is manufacturing,it can become extremely stressful with continuous change.

Good working environment

It good stepping stone of work.. Good working environment, I've learned to work as a team. And to take responsibility when you have to. Not much challenging bit need to be physically fit To able to pick and carry stock.

It is a good company though and with opportunities and people are growing everyday but mostly for people wjo dont have formal qualification aince thecompany rely mkstly on general workfor growth

Excellent learning curve

I have a very close relationship with my coworkers as I am also the company’s HIV/AIDS Counselor, staff also come to me and seek help either work related or private.I have learnt that patience and perseverance is the key to success and whatever it takes be the best. The most challenging aspect of my job is that I am working all alone and sometimes paperwork becomes to much for me.

Good communication

Am a good service artisan, Am servicing compressors,pumps, plumbing and doing inspection on the machine. Good communication with my colleague, am good on fault finding, good in mechanical and I am a fast learner
