Excellent learning curve

Good company with great opportunities, there's a lot I've learn working at power from merchandising to Cash office admin and banking. The are a lot of opportunities there with them teaching the young people on order they can grow and learn to be independent.

Good training

Enjoy work with staff and sharing ideas with other people. The challenge to be faced, good relationship with staff and also to control them and give them the advice. Merchandise and helping customers.

It is a great opportunity and it serves as a learning curve

We work from Monday to Saturday. I love the fact that we do not work during holidays. We work for 9 hours depending on the target of the day if ti is reached or not. I enjoyed mostly working at the till point and doing the PA. Having to talk to customers and assisting on the floor. I learned that when we work as a team we accomplish more rather than working as individuals.

Pros: PA promotions, doing lay-byes.

It�s not that bad as the company is still growing but it really need effort and more professional people especially on admin work to work properly ,and to also not focus on who knows who and then because I know you am promoting her to be fixed

Excellent customer services.

Working with customers is most challenging but the working environment enables me as an individual to interact and to be cooperative especially in a team work. Working in this company prepares me to be able to work under pressure and to deal with difficult customers. My colleagues are good people to work with. Housekeeping and bookkeeping was my daily duties and ensuring that all cashiers are working as assigned. I always enjoy to best serve my potential customers with smile.

I had a great time of my experience at power fashion factory shop

It was great and motivating to work at this Company with some promotions if you work hard and being determined person. I enjoyed every minute being one of the companies employees which is more challenging because of the pressure by the number of the customers every day. I have a good relationship with my co-workers which we where treating each other with dignity and respect as like brothers and sisters.

Pros: promoted from sales assistant to the assistant mananger and from there to the store manager.
Cons: I am able to work long hours as all retails does and even working on sundays.
