Excellent Work experience.
It has been great working at this company. I have had time to make friends and socialise, I worked great with my colleagues and there has never been any cases of misbehaving.

I have learner so much in that company
I have learned so much In that company.even customer service .reaching goals and daily to monthly targetd.The company taught me so many things like meeting customers expectation.And again that customer is always right.i am good in merchandising now because of power fashion factory.

Good learning experience
Been great but again lots of challenges as it requires one to be hands on and with lots of traveling . I enjoyed interacting with different staff members from different back ground and culture and also working independently. It required lots of strategic planning and personal discipline as you are managing yourself

Fast growing and promotions
Is a flexible job with a lot of challanges where by you have to proof your self. A busy store where we aspect 50 customers per hour. We are recommended to multitask where opportunities are available. But as for i like challange and growth. As a shop Assistant i am experienced on how to operate a till, marchandising and customer service.

I enjoy learning New things
Working days at Power is very good because you interact with people -What I enjoy most is doing the exporing captures is where by we take unexpected pics of people in events... Me and my co-workers we work very well because we chasing the same dream... What I leant at the company is that hard work pays.As a quick learner I am I even learned to do some things like presenting on a show.. What I enjoy the most is shooting a movie or a show because you learn alot about media it's self.. Most challenging part is where by people steal your ideas and use them to their own advantage

Excellent learning curve.
It is a great pleasure working for the Power fashion factory and i have also learnt a lot when it comes to the retail industry through this organisation. I am proud to say that i have gained experience of a working environment and have also learned a lot of customer service skills. We do a lot of promotions and also work as a team with my colleagues. We help out each other, at the tills, shop floor and also make sure that we have team spirit at all times. On Fridays we have what we call Friday fun , where we have a little fun activity going on also with other Power Fashion Factory stores. As a team we always strive to meet our daily targets.
Pros: I got a great opportunity in working with people and i am now familiar with how a working environment is.
Cons: We work long hours and also stand on our feet the whole time while on duty.

Ambitious
Im a girl who like working with people or as a team, and sharing ideas. Good at problem solving. I can work well under pressure without supervision. Im fedicated to work and changing things to look good.
