I am running the shift with an assistant, doing plant checks, have to make sure everything is working properly,making sure all operators understand how the machine work, hàve to do the reports to my Hod's, doing maintenance if plant stop, I like everyday challenges thats why I like my job cause everyday its new challenges

Pros: Its got lot of challenges as we having a new plant
Cons: 12 hours
