Excellent learning curve

i am currently working as an accounts clerk and share office with three ladies ,we are working together as a team ,we are circulating work so that we can relieve each other when one of us is on leave and we take it as a learning curve ,i have learnt tolerance ,patience,listening and handling issues in a professional manner what i enjoy most in my workplace is the spirit of team work and even using holidays to entertain ourselves the most challenging aspects of the job is when we are about lo close our month period and i dont have all the information i need ,still waiting for people to respond to my queries

Cons: long working hours on fridays

Airbraking system, replacing axels, services the engine, replacing diesel pump on engines

I'm hard working diesel mechanic. Really proud of my work. I'm very co-operative and disciplined person. I'm punctual. I can work under pressure and overtime as well. I'm a good listener I can work alone also under supervision.

Pros: The way I'm working I see myself being promoted working as workshop foreman
Cons: Yes I can atleast 10 hours a day

Learning curve

It is exciting cause everyday i get new problem from the drivers defecting buses. I excell in problem solving and i always get praises from my colleques and my subodenates after problem solving.i always have 12 students under my department who i take them to task individualy everyday to make sure they gain and progress in mechanics.

Fast learner

It's always an interesting day to work on due to meeting new challenges, we always do something different because we learn all kinds of staff with the bus that we work on. My co workers are always encouraging and pushing is to the right direction, teaches us new tricks and how to deal with faults found or diagnosed. Since I have started this career, I have learnt to reflect on the job that I do just to do it better, I have learnt to work faster and alone at times. Mostly I enjoy fault finding because it challenges you to think, and solve any problem that you come across and mostly working directly on engines subassembly

Excellent learning curve.

A typical day at my work would feel like waking in a world muesum meaning it's adventurous every day but at the same time fun. Workers are so much skilled, promote good work ethics and fun to work with especially if your a people's person like me. I have learnt all the safety and mechanics basics and the fundamentals of diagnostics, fault findings to repairs and carrying out a brief of reports to the management or the technical teams. The most challenging things were few to none except for the fact that the workload doesn't correspond to the salary being underpaid while we are generating more revenues.

Pros: Great opportunity for starting your career in diesel mechanics.
Cons: Endless workload.

Many years experience in different asoects of accounting.

Difficult to work with union members. Good relations with sub ordinates. No promotion possibilities. Have gained a lot of experience by working in several departments in the company. Early retirement effective from 01 January 2019.

Pros: Many different branches and able to gain wide ecperience.
Cons: No possibility of promotion

I learned a lot of things at that company such as overhauling and assembly diesel engine and prepare heavy duty vehicle for roadworthy and prepare job cards.

I have learned a lot from Putco busy.

Start working at 03:0 am intill 12 which makes it 9hours a day.over time sometimes..i would lie I enjoy working for Putco bus,but it's about time I grow,about time to start afresh.meanting new faces nd people..i have learned a lot from Putco.learn he to fault find testing different components and completing my job in time
