Great experience and pleasant environment
On daily basis ,I begin by analysing previous day performance for stores, Observe cameras,set priorities, review the progress of existing projects nd prepare for the rest of the day. The best moment of my work is monitoring staff performance , motivating my team to achieve targets as I'm giving most of them a reason to live through my encouragement and motivation. The most challenging project is when a store is under trading compare to previous years and you have to give feedback but which assist me as I will know what affect my store's performance. I never find myself in a situation where I didn't want to work because of my colleagues, we inspire and motivate one another daily.

I've learnt alot on how to deal with different people every day and how to solve their problems ,
I am loyal you can talk to me about anything I'm a good listener and I make friends easily although sometimes I am a bit shy but there one thing I promise I am a hard worker I love challenge.

I got a chance to experience more about retail
Ive learnt more about customer service, how to approach,interact with customer and sell our brand. Team work is the key Working under pressure, busy days require one to focus and be able to multi task. Till operation is one other thing I experienced. The more I was operating, I got faster and more accurate at it. Challenges were to work hard and not get noticed for it. Instead only the little mistakes done were the ones pointed out.

Excellent learning curve
Great opportunity for starting your career it gives you all the confidence that you need as an individual,Having to deal with customers in a daily basis teach everything about yourself,On how you handle a situation,how easily you get angry,how to put your differences aside and focus on the goal of the company. Having amazing staff support makes it more easier to face situation and you know you have people who are going to have your back. The most exciting part is working towards a target as a team to be able to push hard and above yourself to reach that target and working as a team and identify each other's strength and weaknesses and start on working on what you have and achieve what you want to achieve Working with people is very challenging,Having to please every customer that enter your door can be very challenging but as an sale assistant you know how to make them happy and leave a good impression on them and to make them come back again at your store

L ve learnt a lot on customers services , how to run a store, admin staff training and recruiting
Im a hard worker, good communicator, excellent customer service , time keeper, ambitious, target driven.I have ten years experience in retail management, my rensipolities admin , making sales, stock count, cash ups, staff training, recruitment of casuals .Days and month end report.Till hand overs , paid outs , petty cash and discounts.I follow company procedures.
Pros: I enjoy working for my company because ive been a stomer mager for more than 10 years now.I have excellent expiriance in most Angeles.

I love to work as a team, because together everyone achieves more
Customer service is one of my strong aspects and I love to work with clients. I am a hard worker and I am dedicated to my job. I'm punctual and committed to my job. I love to go the extra mile for the customer to keep the customers happy. Anything to keep the customer happy. Team work is very important, as to work with a team, everyone achieves more. Following instructions is one of the most important things

Excellent for learning and growing experience
-Had an excellent relationship with former co-worker. -Have learnt to engage with most types of customers. -Enjoyed my work and making sales to reach my targets and going an extra mile -Challenging aspect for me was not having enough/what customers want. -On my typical day, would change give a new look to the displays attract new and passing customers/ re merchandise.

Leaning curve
I am currrently an acting manager and i have a strong team. I do admin work daily, do staff training, keep store standard. Make sure the store is clean and be a good team leader. I enjoy working for the company, we a like a family now. The most challenging aspect in the retail sector is when you have to deal with different people every day and that competition is very high so you have to give the best service and stick to the company policy.
