The reason I enjoyed working for this company is that you learn to communicate with different people who has different attitudes,challenges that we face are difficult customers , by reaching monthly targets you get incentives so it pushes us to work extra mile,this company has a best customer service, best selling shoes and everything that hey have is unique so it easy to approach people with their styles, dislike about this company is that there is no uniform you buy the colors they want you to wear, standing a whole day is not healthy for women , there is no study leave meaning the is no growth as person you need to grow yourself by learning

Excellent management experience
I am currently working at Rage as the store MANAGER I 've een working with the customer for 12 years now.i 've learnt how to manage people how to meets target and how to communicate with our customers...we have peak hours and they are very challenging as you have to deal with difficult customers and to reach targets as well.but at the end it a tunnel it is an awesome experience to work in this company

ustoit is an excellent learning curve it gives you knowledge on different things it always depends on loyal customers and employees it gives the best customer service so that they can purchase for their products happily thi the company that cares about their employees because they work hard in the best interest of their company even when there is more competitor our company always come on top mer service and make more profit

Good learning platform
It it was a great opportunity to learn and gain experience. The pressure in sales is too much but its worth it at the end because you get to know people and their different personalities and you get to learn a lot from the clients as well

Good company to learn patience
You learn to work with what you have. You learn to be patient. You are given an opportunity to suggest what we can do better The culture amongst staff is so amazing. We easily engage with each other

Hell
The company does not appreciate their lower staff .as we work hard but we earn peanuts with no bonus or overtime pay No Christmas party.all they do is to issue disciplinary hearing over and over without warnings. Manager and staff have nothing to say in their work place.the company does not know how to work together as team They keep spy's in the store. Rude costumer care ladies And they switch of aircons for all stores for their staff to suffer in the heat.. They really don't care about the low staff

I am no longer working for the Rage company
It was the job that i was only doing for the time being but i had to resign because i had to go back to varsity. we were working as a team and i was working well with my colleges, I was able to pay for my transport and other things. i was working

Excellent for learning and growing experience
-Had an excellent relationship with former co-worker. -Have learnt to engage with most types of customers. -Enjoyed my work and making sales to reach my targets and going an extra mile -Challenging aspect for me was not having enough/what customers want. -On my typical day, would change give a new look to the displays attract new and passing customers/ re merchandise.
