Knowledge transfer across departments could improve
expected the unexpected. not many people know what their roles and responsibilities are. Lack of vision and hard to implement any change. the bright side is that people are very friendly and always respect each other

Excellent job
The company was good to work for with many job opportunities and promotions. I was also in charge of data capturing Was responsible for capturing the right application forms from the sales administration team.. furthermore the company was responsible for my growth in which I am truly grateful for.

Excelent learning Curve
Great work environment friendly and lovely staff. Very supportive especialy about work and Full training is provided on all products. They give full guidance on all aspects in our work environment.family issues.

The company promotes a good culture Most of the staff are friendly. The company has a policy of probation and are very strict to uphold its policy They have flexible hours but do not allow staff to miss any hours

Senior HR Generalist
I have learnt a lot over the last 7 years at RMA . When I joined we were 2 in HR, and 3 int he L&D section. IwE now have a full function HR department with 20 employees\\I would write more, but since the font is white, it is difficult to see what I am typing.
Pros: The best thing at RMA has been the financial benefits.
Cons: The long hours have taken a toll, and I am looking for work life balance; even prepared to take a cut in salary.

Great learning experience
tomers and The company administer COID, granted the license by the department of labour. Which basically provides assurance for companies in an event of accident at work. Currently I am working as a contact centre agent, where I assist Employers with Submitting their returns of earnings, submitting claims and advising of required documentation to process claims. Also, I assist the pensions department with processing pensions and assisting medical service providers with payment of their medical invoices and authorisations. I am currently enrolled towards completing a higher certificate in Risk management and insurance
