Learning opportunity

My experience at RMA includes 2 different teams doing different functions. RMA gives us opportunity to improve our education level by paying for our studies as well. I got opportunity to learn and grow in the field I was never exposed to previously. Values and culture are prioritised, a very diverse organisation to work for. My relationship with colleagues is very good where I am continuously being nominated for top achieving. I was the runner up for best employee of the year 2018, won a trip to Sun City, paid in full for 2, two nights accommodation, transportation and R5000.00 spending money. Challenges, lot of manual processes, lot of external systems which do not co-relate to eachother.

Cons: Very long working hours

Excelent Upskliling

RMA is a great company to work for. It is currently growing. However with growth has to come with adapting to the times. RMA has potential to become a gold achiever in the Delolite company to work for.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow in RMA.
Cons: Work life balance out of sync.

Should never joined the company.

Individuals are given the power to do as they please without regard of the impact on employees. Employees are overworked and under appreciated. My direct supervisor is a well known toxic and vindictive individual and the company does nothing to protect employees. This company is the worst company I've ever worked for.

Pros: Stable operating model
Cons: Long hours, Dictatorship style of leadership, Poor quality of operating system, Lack of leadership and lack of industry technical knowledge at management levels.

Well cultured company

The staff is easy to work with, they are caring and always willing to assist others.The management is approachable and are looking out for the well being of their employees.

It it's a great cpany to I have worked as a Financial administrator for one year and as a Claims Assessor for the past 5 and half years.
