i am a friendly person and its always fun to work with my work mates . i learn how to manage my leads and work under presure . i always enjoy talking to my customers and selling my products . the most challenging aspect at work is to kope with the music being played so loud but overall i love my job

Fast learner and adapt easily to new changes
My relationship with my colleagues was good never experienced any problems. I've learned a lot in engaging with others e.g race,age group, religion. was once recognized as one of the top performer on a new campaign. I enjoyed working with my team because each an every employee was given a chance to prove myself on performance as well as to keep track of your target and your KPI's as an individual. The most challenging expect was to work long shift including weekend's and marathon which makes it harder to even get time to attend some of your personal needs. E.g assignments as I am studying part time.

Great learning experiance
Rewarsco has given me growth in the sales industry where i worked with both personal and corporate campaigns . The computers or the internet conection could be faster to improve the company work load but all in all its a good company to work for

I feel that there is no growth opportunities in the current company that I work for.
I would love an opportunity to be able to firstly be happy with any company that I work for. I am very loyal to Amy company that I work for. I am a very dedicated worker. I am also very punctual. I take pride in everything I do. I pay attention to detail. I have a thirst to.prove myself at all times.

Great environment
I Mandisa Pearl Mwandla 25 year old have worked in Rewardsco for 2 years 7months. I've worked as sales agent went on top worked for Facebook campaign. After that I went to work at customer service it was great I did activations and did emails responding to customers email and calling customers to help on their request. Moved back to dialler because I was studying so need to work the shifts so I could balance on my studies. They people I've worked with are amazing especially Mbali who was my junior manager how she's camping manager she has helped a lot on growing in the company and that is why I'm still working there until I find new job that will help me grow.

Professional and well established for a call center
A day at Rewards can be good and bad... Sales are not the same everyday... Over the years you see alot of changes made by the company but never to benefit the agents... It's very different from other call centers... The atmosphere when working is sometimes stressful but majority of the time relaxed.

Experience of working
The at work is always remarkable because we have an opportunity to change people’s lives, talk to new people all the time. We get to learn different things. Relationship with the workers is on point and wanderful. I have learnt how to overcome and handle different types of objections. How to provide excellent service to our customers. I enjoy talking to customer because they always help bring out the best in me, motivate by pushing for the best at all times. Reach the highest target.

Different experience
This is my first call centre employment. It has been amazing broadening my abilities and skill sets to see what I am really capable of. Walking into the company not knowing anything about how to make sales or function in the telecommunications industry. I've grown alot and learnt how to market and close a sale. Our company has great potential for growth and many different positions to choose from. We have an amazing balance of working 5 hours per day and we get to spend the rest of the day with family. Commission structure is awesome as well and targets a achievable.

Salary
I am working for the last 2 years at Rewardsco. I am still on the se basic of 4250 they want us to made target 3 months over a 5 month period to to go to 5000 a month I have done that. But due to my personal health I went sick and lost my voice I could not go work for 2 days. The manament told me I have to make target for another 3 months to try and unclock it again. I personal think it's unfair and should give people working long in the company more then 1 year the money they worked for also If you are we cannot do anything we can't come sit Der and get more sick somone should look into this.

Cons: Make us work after which is not allowed
