Excellent learning experiance

challenging breakdowns almost daily constantly learning co workers are very friendly and it is a very good environment very wide range of instrumentation, plc's, valves, VSDs, controllers ect. I enjoy the most is working on an challenging problem and solving the problem. the most challenging thing is late night call out and struggeling to find the problem.

Learning experience

TgerTheres always something to learn. Measuring and off setting tools to give a product of good quality. and reaching set targets for the day. My coworkers are always willing to help and I'm also always ready to lend a helping hand.

Good company with good benefits

Very good company and learning opportunities.always get along with co workers.everyday is a challenge.always being sent for courses like refrigeration courses etc.A typical work day is not like any other work day,the deadline makes it challenging and exciting at the same time.

Excellent learning curve

GoodgMorning Pooven. Shotblast has been on breakdown since last night. Please assist expedite fixing the shotblast. Only machine is available for production. These machines are now critical for V31s as we busy grinding the draw marks and grinding correction.

New experience and environment

I used to work with customers at fnb on a daily basis and this was a new and interesting experience for me. I never worked night shifts before but i ended up liking them. Long working hours even on weekends was something new to me. Working as a team is a key in my job because ypu cant do it alone.
