Can do attitude
I have been exposed to retail and fmcg for most of my career, I would just like to put emphasis on, nothing is out of reach or impossible. I live for challenge and like to go the extra mile even the unknown. I will surely being my skills and quality of work to your business and looking forward to broaden my horizons. I am motivated and driven to get the best end result that would be profitable to the business.

Excellent learning curve
Working at Rhodes Food Group as Seamer Mechanic can be very challenging because you have to make the management happy by producing well on daily basis with faulty cans from the suppliers, faulty old machines and incompetent team leaders. That has enabled me to be a very good and hardworking candidate under impossible conditions and situations. We have built a very strong team with co worker and support each other if needs be. The things that makes me enjoy working here is that you have to deal with a new problem every day and I have rebuild many of the company machines and also improved the machine efficiency and availability.

Growth and new adventure
Currently employed as a Production Team Leader for Rhodes Food Group (Ready Meals Plant) that produces Ready to eat food products with short shelf life. Manages 100-200 staff within the plant and produces +/-250 000 units per week.
Pros: Fast paced food production with short shelf life that needs individuals who works well under pressure and ability to think on their feet.

I learnt a lot of things
The work that I am doing day to day, I start with printing Purchase Order and Grn's from Woolworth Portal, capturing transfers from the Factory, Backflushing finished products, I am working with Process Controllers because are the one who are counting stock day by day, and I get along with people. what I enjoy most is invoicing and capturing of Transfers from one warehouse to another. The challenge that I have is on Wednesday because we do Full stock takes, and if the stock does not balance I have to investigate and go inside the factory to count the stock by myself because if I don't do so I have to explain to my manager. It is good working with people, and communicating with them in a professional manner.
Pros: I was promoted within a year to do the job that i am doing

Aa good company with lot of experience and exposure to a lot ,w with a lot of different people to engage with and learn from them.. it can it can be overwhelmingsome times but work is w different things
