Its important to know what cant of stuff do you have at your work.
Its important to work work with different can't of people and learn how did they do things.. Course you you can can found out that one of your your stuff is not not doing his/her job' because he/she hat a problem from home and then is ware I have to make sure that I make her/him to feel free so that he/she can be able to keep keep focused.. Relationship with with my team was so good because I build a good teamwork amongst them. Listen to the other people so that they can listen to you. I msot enjoy when I have rich my target. Sometimes I got challenged when a person telling me lies.because team work needs honest people.
Pros: when I rich my target its were i feeling better than ever before.
Cons: i had working on weekend...

Excellent job doer
My job description now is a sales person and a cashier, I really enjoy working with people even those who are greedy upon me, I take that as a challenge and just do what's best for customers, In my whole life I never wanted to be shouted about something that I know I was right while doing it, but then being a cashier taught me a lot about how to deal with people who blame you for their misunderstanding and I am not gonna fight while looking for solution to the problem. I am a person who like socializing and build a relationship with colliques so that we can co operate well, because together we can do more.
Pros: I have been promoted from the kitchen to be a permanent cashier
Cons: From 9am to 9pm or to 10pm

Hard working
Working long hours,enjoy working with people am good with customer service. Sometimes me and my managers had our, I enjoyed with them we were like a family in one big house some of them even trained me for the job. The only challenge that I had was when they hired new cashiers because they were always making mistakes and we all took the blame, they didn't ask for help but we were blamed for their mistakes
Pros: It was great because I have gained experince
Cons: working long hours and even on holidays without having overtime

Great opportunity to further knowledge
A typical day at work for me is making sure my duties as a assistant manager is done in order..keeping clients happy is a big priority for me... Making sure the shop is properly preped for afternoon shift to take over...my relationship with my staff is wel a good one because they have become my fammily but we know how to make it work like that...i try to take care of my staff And they take care of me...the reason I am applying for the job is that i need to expand my knowledge and so that i can support my children

Good telephonic ethics,able to maintain confidentiality,good communication skills.
Having a good personality skills of working with many different customers in a short period of time in a day helps to maintain well mannered relationship with customers (being POLITE and GRACIOUS) with customers). Team work is great as it create enthusiasm among the co-workers,dealing with difficult customers is the most challenging area of the job,but at the same time its enjoyable when you you resolve the matter politely with the customer,if you cant reach the agreement of the matter with the customer you hand it over to the management, for as a customer server you have to provide a good customer service to the client.
Pros: regardless if you are happy with theresults you have achied with your previous position or you desire change, it is natural to want more, as a result healthy part part of your existence.
Cons: long working hours create the effect of an unhappy work environment,but yo dont have understimate the position you have been promoted to as you are truly prepared for mentally and physically

Nice working conditions
it has a good working environment with good working hours. The only problem is the salary it's too low. We start the day off by cleaning the shop and prepping for the days work. We make sure that the float is correctly accounted for then we open up shop for the days proccedings.
Pros: Nice working environment

Benchmarking current product offering against other similar products. 9. Work with a media production team to style items on the menu for photos. Pros: Fitted my personal circumstances very well as work was close to home and school. Worked with a dynamic team on exciting projects. Close relationship with franchisees.
