TYPICAL WORK DAY 1. Record and analyse production data against expected yields. Yield losses/gains are calculated and recorded. 3. Supervising kitchen staff 4. Spend time (research & testing) on new products or projects. 5. Consult with ingredients and packaging suppliers. 6. Visit stores to check on product quality and problems reported. 7. Benchmarking current product offering against other similar products. 9. Work with a media production team to style items on the menu for photos. RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS Due to my logical reasoning on matters, colleagues very often come to hear an unbiased perspective on their thoughts and ideas. Pros: Fitted my personal circumstances very well as work was close to home and school. Worked with a dynamic team on exciting projects. Close relationship with franchisees.

Excellent
I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I learnt to work as a team to reach the goal of the company and to take the company to other level. I can work under pressure. A good working relationship brings good in a company.

Good experience
I was also at makro for 1yr I was the best cashier ever unfortunately we were working under the agent we were earning nothing but after maybe 3 month they gave me a promotion to be a supervisor then after a year our contract end so I went to Romans pizza at 2009 I worked as general assista kitchen staff till 2011 ,2012 I got promoted to be a manager till 2019/04/16 so now m at home m available for anything
Pros: Great opportunity for every one working there because the guy does nt promote because of qualifications no he promote cus of hard working
Cons: 6 days a week we always at work which is not enough for buddy to rest

Excellent environment and good managerial experience
The company in my experience was great I enjoy working with group of people of different cultures and being challenged to want to learn.. The management style was great the environment was also wonderful. The only problem or rather challenges i was faced with was long hours of work with only one day to rest and moreover growth was not available for anyone in my rank as cashiers or call center agent and I needed growth and challenge for me to keep wanting to work.

Excellent service provider
The main purpose of my current work is to sell ,sell and sell more .We work as a team and our working relationship Ilis very exciting and excellent because it's a professional relationship. I enjoy communicating with customers and make them feel more welcomed and we give best customer service. Our customers are always happy with our products and services

Excellent job doer
My job description now is a sales person and a cashier, I really enjoy working with people even those who are greedy upon me, I take that as a challenge and just do what's best for customers, In my whole life I never wanted to be shouted about something that I know I was right while doing it, but then being a cashier taught me a lot about how to deal with people who blame you for their misunderstanding and I am not gonna fight while looking for solution to the problem. I am a person who like socializing and build a relationship with colliques so that we can co operate well, because together we can do more.

I feel I’m under paid as a manager . Have alote of responsible . I feel our salaries is in comparison with a supervisor .managers should at least get paid over eight thousand a month.

Great learning experience
Communicating with customers on a daily basis and ringing up their orders as well as dealing with first hand customer complaints, serving and presenting orders to customers

Nice place to work for
A great place to be, a good working invironment with good employees. Great opportunities. Great working days. Long hours though. I enjoy my job enjoy my colleagues company.
