Project Management
My responsibilities ,work with different communities within the rural space of our country to fight poverty and to create job oppotunities. To empower people so they can continue on their own and create their own destiny. The relationship with coworkers is off importance for the environment to be easy becuase we spend most of time in the working environment ,and for coordination of task becuase our work overlapse. I have learned so much ,we costumer care and most of all sense of egency. What i enjoy most is put matter into a documents and later practise what was requested on the document or been implemneted. Most challenging is to resolve conflicts on the communities that one works with ,simply becuase different department will visit and promise and don't deliver.

Greener pasture
Ms Thaoge is a hard worker. An initiator, goes extra mile. My work individually or as a team member. Complete a daily work before knocking off. Communicating well with subordinate, always receiving good results. Manage conflict very well.

Good in term work
I Lihle Sokujika am looking for opportunities in the finance field. I am currently doing an internship to obtain my National Diploma in financial Management, through the years of my studies I have obtained N4, N5 and N6 Certificates in financial Management. I've been exposed in different fields of Supply Chain, Finance and I am capable of adapting, working under pressure and willing to learn more. Good working environmet
The company is very diverse and has multiple products. which makes it a good environment for learning and experience. I have been dedicated to my work for 5 years now, exploring this position and I now feel it’s time to see what else out there can challenge me further.

TYPICAL WORKDAY: A typical day start with planning meetings and then go through infrastructure projects reports. other items will include bid reports, preparation of invoices, supervision of staff and contractors.

I had and excellent learning curve when I was an intern at SWGC
Where I currently work we work with students students, we assist them with bursaries and work hand in hand with SRC. We again assist the campus with sporting events that the school have every year. We assist student to apply for bursary applications online and manually I have an excellent working relationship with my co-workers Again I enjoy working with students because in most cases I build strong relationships with some of the students that needs assistance within our department
