I
Provide access to accurate records for a Range of Operational and Strategic purposes, and ensure that legal obligations for the creation and retention of records are met. This includes controlling the number of Records created and stored and identifying which Records are to be preserved for Historical and Research purposes and which should be destroyed being guided by the relevant recent File Plan of the National Archives and the Department. Under Direction supervising and reviewing the work of staff responsible for services and activities within the departments wide Record Management programs and showing work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures. Performs the more technical and complex tasks relevant to the assigned area of responsibility, and performs related duties as assigned

Excellent listening skills, communication and interpersonal skills
I am working as an intern at the Recapitalization and development doctorate at Rural Development and land Reform in Pretoria. Although I have done Agricultural management at school I m now working as an Agricultural Economist. I am advising farmers technically in food security programmes and analysing their buisness plans for Recapitalisation. Apart from that I am also doing admin ,capturing their documents using word and counting the requested money for Recapitalization programme using excell. Communicating to farmers telephonically, by email and verbal and non verbal using Currier.

Very good learning curve for a graduate
Huge environment with senior officials including the honorable minister. Good for learning how to handle n deal with huge amounts of pressure Huge environment for learning how to manage time. Very good environment for growth in the field of IT support

Exellent learning curve
good work, am doing grat job with my co workers, learn a lot how to work with people , dealing with difficult clients, problem solving, Am enjoying working under pressure because am learning towards that, doing more work for different and expected at same time.

During the 2 years working there, I have accumulated a lot of skills.
A company that works with people, puts them first in everything. They pride them in an exceptional work environment, and they are very effective. No matter how long it takes, the staff will make sure that they help each and every person that has any sort of land problem.
