Time is cathcing up as i need to grow.

Great company Small business which is only really growing now 9 years later after i am here six years. I am running out of time to reach any sort of success. Typical work day is good. Amazing team and love all co-workers Time should never be wasted and i got too comfortable almost content. Learning new things and laughing with or at my co-workers ( my department ) Lack of challenge, lack of opportunity, maybe i should try harder.

Pros: Bursaries are being given out to workers
Cons: Its a process and i cant wait for "something better " any longer

Awesome stepping stone

SAC is a great environment to work in. The call center space allows for many personalities to come together. This also means there are many people from which new skills can be obtained.

Pros: Family run business
Cons: not many levels of management

Excellent way to meet new clients and great and healthy working environment

Working at my previous company was an amazing experience and a huge learning curve. It is with great sadness that the company had to to close close down due to covid. I have learned the most with given such huge responsibilities and being able to execute them them in a timely fashion. I enjoyed the healthy and happy working environment around me and enjoyed taking on the daily challenges that lay ahead. I enjoy the feeling of solving complicated situations and this job allowed me to do that.

Cons: Non stop work

Learned alot about the western cape

I have learned how different departments operate. Relationship with co workers are positive. I enjoy helping my colleagues with their queries and complaints. I'm unable to answer all questions.

Educational Experiances

SA Commercial is a great learning opportunity however there ground s that are not met and somehow omitted. I have worked there for them for over 9years but they couldn't even throw a party or say thanks to the campaign crew that worked on their campaign over this period. They do not allow agents to express themselves fully but they expect a person to give their all however they do provide incentives in a biased way and their wages structure is based on race

Great insight into how government departments work

Everyday is refreshing as there are different individuals with different personalities calling in with different queries and complaints. From this, one learns a lot about the subject in question and even more so themselves.

Great learning curve

Everyday is not the same. I need to plan my day depending on work load. I assist in other departments, if & when required. I have a great relationship & get along rather well with most of my co-workers. Grow through what you go through! Great company to work for, awesome people to work with.

Pros: Management sometimes shows appreciation.
Cons: Management/team leaders treat employees unfair at times. Going through the process of applying for an internal position but they already know who the want for the position.

Working in a very competitive environment

Capturing Holland based invoices from Adobe onto ubl system and calculating the correct VAT values on invoice. We are a team of 12 and we work well together.I am a type of person that will always assist and help where I can and to give assistance when and where needed. I have learnt to work with different kinds of people and to set personal daily target goals for myself and try hard to achieve it every month/day. Typing and capturing the invoices and to work independently without any supervision. The most challenging aspect of my current job is to work with utmost accuracy and achieving daily target of 450 invoices per day and exceeding it where I can depending on the invoices in hopper.

Cons: Month to month contract basis

Customer and client service

A typical day is doing administrative work by sending out reports, stats and feedback to consultants on there performance. From 9am i am listening to calls capturing data and making taking down synopsis reports or make sticky notes of tasks i have to complete this week. Assess calls for calibration session and work on Excel for consultants reports and management reports for Ops manager and team leader I lover working here but has reached my growth limit. I have learned great business and administrative skills. I enjoy coaching consultants and reports the most. The most challenging aspect of my job is is to quality management a process or see trends n gaps ( which not all in management ) might agree with including consultants
