Working for SA Commercial is a great company to work for the hours are great and the only downfall is that the salary is too littlee and the management is t management expected too much of agents

Great learning curve to gain customer service experience

everything is good, come to work start calls until home time. good work dynamic between co worker and managers. i have learnt a lot about patience and learning to interact with different types of people and how to adapt to different situations and work environments. i enjoy most having to meet different people and learning how to deal with them. most challenging aspect is dealing with agro or hard headed clients.

Pros: great starting out, for experience and to build self.
Cons: no growth.

Learning to cope with different problems and solving them and interacting with customers

When starting at sa commercial was exciting and then just turned into a typical normal work day. My relationship with co-workers I would say was well also spoke to everyone and interacted well in team buildings. I learned how to deal with different customers from different backgrounds and problem solving to sensitive issues. I enjoyed most was the people I worked with. The most challenging aspect was making an adjustment from switching from one campaign to another as there were different targets, and expectations.

Pros: Learning opportunity
Cons: Did the same thing constantly everyday nothing new or challenging.
