Hard working , easy to get along with .

typical day at work is filled with warm with laughter making working hard not noticeable even at the busiest days with phones ringing not stop and being glued to the pc all the with high coffee intake ,.

Excellent learning

Been working with Sa home loans from November 2011started as Receptionist. was promoted to Sales support administrator November 2014 . I am 5 years with the company Due to my hardworking i have received 4 recognition certificate feom client and estate agents . cv will be available on your request.

Excellent management experience

I am meticulous, honest, careful and tactful in dealing with people. I accept authority. I perform optimally under pressure, am dedicated, responsible and reliable in each task assigned to me. I maintain good inter personal relationships and am able to motivate. I live a steadfast lifestyle, which allows me to be hard working. I am keen to learn new skills by which I may improve myself, as well as to contribute to the success of my employer. I am enthusiastic about whatever I undertake, with my goal being to do the best in my work place. It is further important that my working environment is pleasant and efficient. I firmly believe that a person should follow a career in which the heart, mind and soul are paired and essentially this integration is merged with a sincere passion.

Working at SA Home Loans

Its wonderful working here, I love my job. I am challenged to do new things and learn on a daily basis. My company stands for amazing service, which is our culture and we go the extra mile to ensue that there is satisfaction by clients and staff alike. The leadership style is great and people are treated fairly.

Excelent learning curve

SA home loans is a very well known brand, it is known for their everlasting love and dedication to their client when it comes to customer service by changing lives of the people who they engage with. as employee you get to discover the true meaning of changing lives by either providing the feeling or receiving it from your colleagues. the culture of SA Home loans is impeccable and comforting. the most challenging aspect of the job is not being able to assist the client especially if they don't qualify, the company try alternatives to make all they clients happy before bearing the bad news. I have learnt so much about working with people to achieve the end goals of the company

Multi-skilled, knowledge of civil procedure and legal documents, knowledge of transfer process.

I work in the foreclosure litigation department. I am currently working as an internal Foreclosure attorney working on an arrear book of 150 to 200 accounts. My job requires that i try to assist clients by negotiating payment proposals and assisting in marketing and selling of their property. I also deal with Sheriff sales in execution. The requires that i minimize the arrears book and this means i have a lot of interaction with out attorneys, clients, estate agents, client's attorneys, Transferring and cancellation attorneys. Since the economy and property market is constantly changing, my job has required that i be adaptable to these external changes which requires that i always change my strategy for reducing the arrea book.

Good communication skills

Working with my current employees has been a privilege; your mentoring has shaped up my professional life. From the time I started this job they have been nothing but helpful and supportive, it means more to me than you'll ever know. I remember when I came here, I was fresh out of college in over my head and as nervous as can be. Instead of coming down hard on me like I feared, they gave me some friendly advice. I really appreciate how they have always been so friendly and supportive of all of my efforts even when they are slightly misguided. Working for them is very enjoyable and I have learned and grown a lot. Your encouragement and support have made all of the difference.

I have 4 years experience as creditors and debtors controller / payable and receivables. Seven years experience in Finance field as finance lending consultant and currently a debt recoveries consultant. I have completed a National Diploma in Financial Accounting. I have excellent negotiating skills with strong analytical skills as well confidence to deal with range of different stake holders . I have excellent communication skills and always able prioritise my time in demanding workload My goal is to grow and explore while able to achieve company's target goal.
