Great company for learning

Learnt a lot over the past year with the company and would like to learn something different. I would like to have a different taste of what else I can learn out there or maybe have a chance to grow in a different work environment

Its a good company

It is good I have learned so much, something new almost every day. New clients almost every month, we meet diversity of people which we need to treat them equally.

I am a hard worker and I can work independently without supervision

I am a very good sales support, I work well with my co-workers without any conflict. I do offer my support whenever they need me.I have learned so much from this job that we make people's dreams alive and we changes people's lives. I enjoy reaching targets every month. The most challenging aspect of the job is when my consultants are on leave,I have to do their job and mine at the same time

I love helping others

I am happy when everyone is happy. I try my best to assist where I can to ensure my teammates understand what goes on. Engaging and understanding people is my favorite part. No one is the same and you only realise this when to speak to people and take them out of the work senario. I've learnt that people open up more and work better once they are understood.
