Customer credit consultant, manage company accounts.
always have good relationship with my co-workers,work together as a team ,assist them with their workload for them to assist me also,i learned dealing with customer credit account which i enjoy most. ensure the relationship with client always superb,talk to them politely,Attend to queries and complaints,always available to assist them.the most challenging is when clients not available for account payment negotiation e.g phone off, feedback needed by supervisor and have to trace the client assist by my co- workers and ask other clients for any contact on the other side ensure the target needed reached, impress my co-workers and my manager daily.

Cons: finish my daily duties before knockoff without expecting any reward from the company.

Excellent Exposure to the global practices
Working as SAB was highly unpredictable and one had to be ready to constantly think on one's feet. The matrix reporting structure added complexity but that was what kept me challenged. I enjoyed the fact that I was given autonomy in how I handled my stakeholders in Africa nad Europe. The constant corraboration between Finance, Procurement and other functions made my work enjoyable. The one thing I found most challenging was selling the idea that procurement and the policies therein were for the greater good of the company. Having to always find ways of cutting costs was becoming unpopular with the business
Pros: SAB allowed me to change roles and I found this to be quite stimulating
Cons: As with most multinationals, long hours were part of the job. Teleconferences that had to factor in the different time zones were a challenge at times

Good environment and high quality of safety, ur safety comes while on site, good performance of security, great place for learning other skills and experience

outh African breweries : Customer relationship representative (call centre agent) Start date: 07 October 2016 Handling inbound and outbound sales calls 230 calls per day also do multimedia (emails, sms and fax) capturing customer beer orders, handling customer queries regarding order delivery time and also handling customer queries about their credit information , calling customer telling them about new available products . Recapturing of orders not delivered. Capture customer complaints and resolving some customer complaints. Updating customer contact information on the SAP System. Assist customers with their order calculations.

I am working as an artisan fixing packaging machines as well as maintaining them
In this company we really focus more on reliability of machines so that we produce more and by doing so we make sure we safe all the time when we work.
Pros: the relationship is good amongst workers the only problem is equity when come to promoting people and hiring people.
Cons: we work 9 hours everyday but if we have breakdown that need us to fix we work until we resolve the problem.

At SAB there is no such thing as a typical work day as each day comes with its own challengea. We work and win in teams. I have learnt to deal with any kimd of challenge and customer.

Great opportunities arise for everyone every time.
It has been a great pleasure working with SAB, I am a qualified Millwright in the learnership program which requires a lot of self discipline. We work very well with the team, everyone is treated with great respect, support and the will to do better as a team.
Pros: I am initially looking for a Millwright position within the company and outside, I believe I will stand a good chance after the learnership.
Cons: It's only when work requires such demands, but we are always willing to do what's best to meet with the company / line demands.
