Excellence
I have been with SAB for almost a year as one of their disabled end user learner and I must say it's a privilege to be part of such an amazing company and iam part of a very dynamic team that really goes out of their way to make sure that My presence here is felt an that I learn as much as possible

Power to keep work quality
Basically in order to perform good tusk always it take your patient and attitude,like SAB they alway put on the number one priority to work as a team and have a good tendency so that does your perfect output into any job you doing,and if you keep doing your job in time to avoid a downtime that can put the company in a safe position.

I have excellent verbal and written communication skills and I am self motivated.

Excellent learning
I have learnt on how to work as a team and learnt how to deal with people with different personalities. How to deal with difficult customers and how to manage drivers
Pros: In logistics there are many opportunities because you get to do a planners job in their absence so you learn every day and gain alot of skills
Cons: You get to compromise your time to get the work done for example when there was no stock and the depot is waiting for the stock from the brewery then you wait also before you start with your plan for the next day which means you going to knock off late

Not bad in learning
Joined SAB as a trainee in Electrical Engineering I spent a year and 3 months contract extention. As it was my first Job or exposure to the working industry have encountered a lot of challenges but held on to challenges as I was hungry to learn more in the field but unfortunate didn't learn as much as I thought since it's a production company Electrical Technicians they don't have much but the skills I inherited was to work in teams and SAP software in terms of breakdowns closure and running the plant KPI as well as placing orders and maintenance planning.
