My job is very consuming yet very rewarding
I thoroughly enjoy working at my current company.No two days are the same.Although it seems that the workload is too much it feels still rewarding after all is completed. A typical workday will start with checking in on my emails and adjusting my weekly planner accordingly. Then its making sure to prioritize to urgent matters and readjusting my daily work plan.Then monitoring work load including Health and safety checks. I then update all relevant documents . I have an excellent with my work colleagues as I feel that trust and respect is earned , both ways. Never let your subordinates or colleagues see your frustration as this rubs off in a negative way. Thus a always maintain a positive spirit a ( CAN DO) spirit. I enjoy the rush of my job the pressure. It makes me work even harder to see results . The most challenging aspect of my job is " red tape" the waiting for documentation to get the go ahead. But I guess it keeps things going right.

Great learning experience
a typical work day differs, some days are too hectic and others are slow, but overall its okay. its a great company to learn from as they allow you to be innovative, you are not forced to do things the way others do them, what ever works for you, you go for it. Coworkers are very warm and it feels like home working there. Challenging aspect is very limited promotion oportunities.

I've been working for 2 years as SABS auditor doing third party audits. IT Btech from CPUT, Quality B-Tech, 6 years imternal auditor at SA Post Office.

It was a good place to work but lacked growth
I worked in a great environment that ehanced our skills but it never gave us room to improve in that regard i didnt have any growing The only thing that separates me from everyone else is the small details in businesses that I look out for not just in designing but strategy driven projects, with my experience in the tech environment, I am both an employee and an asset

Excellent for learning and preparing for outside challeges
- The organisation its self is based on team work and creativity - Because of team work its easy to get along with one other - I've learned quality is not compromised, its very profound and not to be canal minded - Testing material is a very nice experience - Challenging part are mostly when it comes to test new products

Good brain exercise
My work is very challenging as it requires intense calculations and thinking. I love the challenge as I'm not restricted. Principles behind my work are the same everyday, except for the calculations before starting the actual work. My colleagues and I have a good working relationship and everyone gets along fine. I do not learn anything new as the working principle is the same everyday.

No financial growth with great work load
the day is always busy but with a fair working hours Colleagues are great people to work with and are open to help one another I have had an opportunity to coach and mentor fellow colleagues and was a great experience Lot of people are resigning and are not replaced. The workload will then be shared among the available staff without any addition of recognition.

Excellent Learning Curve
Working with young professionals mostly youth. Enjoying working with my team. The most challenging aspect of my job is to ensure quality results to different types of products and services industries.
