Review of my work at my current employer
The day starts normarlly at 8:30 until 16:30 if in the office. If out to audit a client we start at 8:00 and depending on the type of audit time to finish varies. My work involves a lot of travelling and dealing with different clients.
Pros: To be able to add value when doing audits

Great learning experience
a typical work day differs, some days are too hectic and others are slow, but overall its okay. its a great company to learn from as they allow you to be innovative, you are not forced to do things the way others do them, what ever works for you, you go for it. Coworkers are very warm and it feels like home working there. Challenging aspect is very limited promotion oportunities.

Excellent Learning Curve
Working with young professionals mostly youth. Enjoying working with my team. The most challenging aspect of my job is to ensure quality results to different types of products and services industries.

Excellent for learning and preparing for outside challeges
- The organisation its self is based on team work and creativity - Because of team work its easy to get along with one other - I've learned quality is not compromised, its very profound and not to be canal minded - Testing material is a very nice experience - Challenging part are mostly when it comes to test new products

Good brain exercise
My work is very challenging as it requires intense calculations and thinking. I love the challenge as I'm not restricted. Principles behind my work are the same everyday, except for the calculations before starting the actual work. My colleagues and I have a good working relationship and everyone gets along fine. I do not learn anything new as the working principle is the same everyday.

Food and Health Certification Auditing
The role of a Food and Health Certification Auditor involves planning, organizing, communicating and conducting audits. Audits involve reviewing the client's Quality Management Systems and/or Food Safety Management Systems in line with the requirements of ISO 9001, SANS 10330, ISO 22000 as well as FSSC 22000. The review takes into account the organization's documented manual, albeit hard copy or electronically maintained. Specific sections of the system are reviewed according to the set requirements for prerequisite programs, operational prerequisite programs, system requirements and the additional FSSC requirements. After which recorded reports of the findings are generated, highlighting non-conformances, areas of improvement or observations. Majority of the recorded work if not entirely, is time bound and the rules of certification agreements require adherence to these.
Pros: Exposure to various industries and the application of quality and food safety requirements.
Cons: Admin and time away from family and loved ones.

Business Intelligence Developer
My current role includes the following: SQL Integration SSRS and Power BI report development Financial Analysis My relationship with co-workers is a healthy one and it needs to be due to the vast span of my client base as well the complexity that comes with being a developer. I have learned to be patient, and not to listen with an aim of responding but to understand from the other persons point of view. To find the why in what is being asked. Data mining and reporting The ETL aspect can be classed as one of the most challenging component of my job.

It was a good place to work but lacked growth
I worked in a great environment that ehanced our skills but it never gave us room to improve in that regard i didnt have any growing The only thing that separates me from everyone else is the small details in businesses that I look out for not just in designing but strategy driven projects, with my experience in the tech environment, I am both an employee and an asset
