I was employed as a Customer Service Centre on the Local Side, and later moved to Exports, and since 2013, I moved back to the Local Side as a Sales Coordinator. I am a loyal, hardworking person, and dedicate my time to satisfy customers. I am a Team Person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I am flexible, quick to learn new skills and eager to learn from others. I believe I am innovative and have a lot of enthusiasm. Excellent learning curve
i sphelele mtetwa really enjoying my job but the working hours per day it's too much but i'm used to it now i'm cooperating with my manager and workers . i've gained a lot of things in this company that includes time management etc. although it is such a great feeling with my co-workers even if we sweat most of the days in a dys work.

Good place to work in, the company provides international exposure.
I relate well with all employees at different levels, I have attended Africa HR Conference. International exposure has enable me to come up with creative ways of providing HR solution to my clients. Enjoyed HR Talent Management I have provided HR solution to East, West and Southern Africa.

Saint-gobain construction products
My mornings will start with admin and meetings and after that visit customers to follow up on projects. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. The most challenging aspect of my job is to get enough stock at my branch in order to service my customers.

Plenty opportunity to improve process
A typical work day would involve attending meetings. Addressing process issues on the plant and being involved in technical investigations to resolve these issues; otherwise my time would be spent working on projects.I have a very good relationship with my team; we work well together and support each other. I have learnt that solutions always exist in some way, and that the importance of working with multi-disciplinary professionals. What I enjoy most is working with others and applying the fundamentals of chemical engineering in my job. The most challenging aspect of my job is working for difficult managers who don't share the same understanding on work issues.

Testing products, maintaining standards. Reporting to senior process engineer. I work alone but team Testing products, maintaining standards. Reporting to senior process engineer. I work alone but team up with production and sales team. Challenges are heavy labor and working alone is time consuming. I enjoy most the WCM culture products, maintaining standards.
