Efficient and good client service. Sorted clients credits on time
Seeing clients and creating orders for them if needed, vibrant team and give each other support. Making my clients happy. Relying on our call center agents to process orders correctly.

Good learning curve
My daily work include working with warehouse , freight agent, customer services , demand planning, supply chain (demand & forecasting) and Finance (FEC & Import payment. I have learned a lots from this departments and feel that personally I am ready to take the next step and apply the knowledge gain in my next job. I enjoy every moment working with my colleague and finding solutions to different problems. Yours consideration for this position will be highly appreciated

Excellent learning curve
i sphelele mtetwa really enjoying my job but the working hours per day it's too much but i'm used to it now i'm cooperating with my manager and workers . i've gained a lot of things in this company that includes time management etc. although it is such a great feeling with my co-workers even if we sweat most of the days in a dys work.

Good place to work in, the company provides international exposure.
I relate well with all employees at different levels, I have attended Africa HR Conference. International exposure has enable me to come up with creative ways of providing HR solution to my clients. Enjoyed HR Talent Management I have provided HR solution to East, West and Southern Africa.

Saint-gobain construction products
My mornings will start with admin and meetings and after that visit customers to follow up on projects. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. The most challenging aspect of my job is to get enough stock at my branch in order to service my customers.

Experience at Saint gobain
On a normal day like monday i attend weekly meetig with psc team. and I alsi attend weekly R&D project meeting to track progress of our projects. I met with planning to track planned production trials and planned forecats for the week. I do a walkabout with psc to check any housekeeping issues.
Pros: its a great learning curve at a company where your involvement is needed in almost every department
