Learning skills as financial advisor
Sanlam give me so much experience on sales industry i will go to work Monday to Friday , even on Saturday if I've got an appointment with a client . I was have a beautiful relationship with my colleagues they so much helpful and at same time have so much fun because when we are going to work out of town we use mangers car so many motivation from each other and encouragement from those where in company in long time . I've learnt so much in company like to work with people that have different personalities, how to advise people with their finances , what will challenge the most when the client cancelled their their policies sanlam will deduct some the amount from my salary.
Pros: The was a policy called surviver , client loved it because was cheaper

Sanlam Broker Consultant.
Being part of the Financial Industry, has it's challenges. The economy, politics, competetors, staying up to date with technology, dealing with time consuming compliance, constanly improving knowledge, gives relevance to my position as Broker Consultant at Sanlam. It is up to me to educate, train and motivate the Brokers to sell a profitable turnover, to provide for a decent living for themselves and their employees. A positive outlook at all times is crucial, not allowing the Broker's negativity to drag me down, keeping up with what is new regarding products, competitor info, news and views in the world and in our industry, is essential for me to be successful. Chasing and meeting targets, is one of the biggest parts of being a corporate employee and comes with the territory, but comes with recognition and many other rewards, that makes it worth my while to get up every morning, with joy in my heart, to go to a job I love.
Pros: Making a good living, by earning an above average salary. Great insentives and recognition for achieving targets and working hard. Job satisfaction when the Broker achieve their goals.
Cons: Being a Consultant is hard work, not only physical but mentaly and emotionaly. You work with people of different tempraments and they don't always respect your views. When head office makes a mistake, you are the one in the line of fire.

Its a Excellent learning curve plus you gain experience
My typical work day, would be receiving Pension Queries, clients who are mainly lost and looking for a specific place, clients who are looking for a job, clients who are looking for donations, clients who have meeting in the building, clients who are here on Training for the day at our training facilities, clients who are coming for interviews ect……. The list goes on. I have a brilliant relationship with my co- workers as we work well as a team and we rely on each other to give a satisfactory service. I have learnt to be more patient while dealing with clients and also I have learnt to put my own personal worries aside once I’m in the office. I mostly enjoy spending time with my co-worker during lunch, as it is fun to be with them. Making sure the client is satisfied with our service because making the client understand on the procedures and Policies of how the company works can really be difficult sometimes, but for me that is the most challenging part.

Excellent learning curve
Kopano Segai is a hard worker, persevered, endures, consistent and working with people is his strength. He is a conscientious person who listens and pays attention to what is being said and reverts will more then expected results.
Pros: He is a liable and highly driven individual, reason being that his perseverance is consistent and maintainable. His positive attributes are quiet extensive however you wouldn’t be able to experience his skills through Paper but in action.
Cons: He is greatly equipped with a positive mindset that has the ability to grasp and initiate new concepts or ideas. He will hope he will be considered and granted this great opportunity to broaden his horizons. He is a handworker with solid outcome of work that may generate the success of the organization to its maximum and stabilize.

Work Smart
It a pretty good company, co-workers get along, on the road everyday long to get new business however my biggest challenge is that, I feel like once you've signed up the new client and put them on the books, that's it like you move on to the next client and no resources to touch base with existing client base and lastly growth, there isn't much Room to grow.

Cons: Normal reasonable hours.
