Work in skills

I'm hard working woman who can work as much as I can .willing to learn something new in every time.I like my jop.I'm make sure I work proper.I have computer skills and I'm good typist and can be quickly as possible

Building a client base

I worked with different kinds of people and the most important thing to convince people to trust me with their financial needs and make sure that they contact me when they need advice on which financial products they need.It was challenging but beneficial at the same time cause I built trust amongst my clients.

Pros: Target driven industry
Cons: Anytime of the day and you work very hard to make targets

Working with a team and reaching the target,and be able to work under pressure

work on by myself and team reach my target doing CDP now team leader enjoy working with new advisors and making sure they understand what they are selling to the clients and helping them to close the deal. im working on commissioned based salary, its a challenge if you have lapses or cancellation on that month.

Pros: when you reach your target
Cons: 8:00 to 16:30 but also attend late appointments

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is always busy, the relationship between myself and co-workers was fantastic. I have learnt and experienced so much while working at Sanlam. What I enjoyed most was solving a query and being successful in it. Challenging aspects is working after hours.

hard worker,always willing to help others

In my current job at sanlam i was always willing to help each other more especially when a customer request assistance i was willing to assistant,and i was also assistant my manager by writhing minutes for the meeting,i also learnt that in a working environment you should work hard and make sure customers are satisfyed and also make sure you return customer by giving them good customer service, i was always enjoying helping others and doing my job as usual, the are some customers who will always be rude and harsh that is the most challenging situation but i have dealth with them and satisfied their needs

Pros: finishing my contract without any conflicts
Cons: Working overtime

I learnt management skills, building and maintain client relationship,

I do prospecting daily, and convect my prospects into appointments. I also visit client in their work places and help the in their financies I also do portfolio reviews on existing clients to maintain good relationship.

Pros: Great opportunity to be promoted
Cons: Limited product offering

Sanlam - step in into corporate finance

I have an excellent relationship with all my colleagues at Sanlam. I really love the work that I do. However, I have reached a comfort zone and need something different in order to grow. I am in a finance reporting role whereby I prepare management accounts, reporting packs, afs and board reports to exco.

Pros: Close to home, stable position
Cons: No room for growth, outgrown position

Is averave

My workbus very interesting..because you just selling through telephonically you don't have to see a person or it's very easy to convince a person.You alone the queries that customers has you typed while listening to them you help in any how and it's nice because if you don't know something you can ask your colleagues

Pros: There is no growth
Cons: Flexible working hours
